Take your business else where. You are NOT required to have the body embalmed. You are NOT required to use one of their caskets. There are actually laws that state so but the owners will say anything to get your money. The "extras" like flowers and prayers cards are insanely marked up. We made our own prayer cards on photoshop and printed 200 at staples for $40. Staples even gave us a coupon. The people working our service were extremely pushy and unfriendly. We never felt warm or welcomed by anyone one on the staff. Every time I think I about it I regret it even more. We spent over 15K and I keep asking myself "for what?" I felt it in my gut from the beginning but ignored it because my grandfather once worked here. A lot has changed in 20 years and definitely not for the better. Please please please do not waste your hard earned money here.

The woman I spoke to on the phone lacked compassion. Additionally, she was quite rude. She refused to give me prices I asked her three times. Each time, she avoided the question. Finally, she said it was weird that I asked for the breakdown because “it’s going to be expensive no matter where you go.” As if I wasn’t fully aware that funerals are costly. The woman also said funerals are like weddings and again she stated it will be expensive such as her daughter’s $45,000 wedding. Then she went on about her funeral home existing for years and that I didn’t have to use her business. She’s right. Needless to say, I did not use this funeral home. I used another funeral home and the director was respectful, direct, compassionate and gave me prices immediately after I requested it.
Wanda acts like she is so caring but she all of a sudden turns on you ,as your loved one has passed I wish my sibling and I had never experienced the horrible horrible things she said to me as I'm trying to grieve please don't go to this place find someone that actually cares for your loved one sta away from this funeral home. Zero zero zero
Wanda made sure that l understood what the charges were for and was NOT pushy at all. She was very caring and we got a very nice arrangement for my dad. Highly recommended.

I went there before to see about making pre-arrangements and when I was sitting in the office I hear the boss yelling at one of his workers over something so stupid so I went somewhere else worst place ever
Very Dissapointed..used this place once before but this time around nobody seems to know what's going on . Trying to pick up Dad' s ashes and nobody knows where they are or what they are doing..
I Love this Funeral Home they are very caring and help you with everything. Mrs Wanda is a Gem.
They handled my father's funeral arrangements with much dignity and respect.
