I have been with this practice for over 15 years and I love them. The office manager Farrah went above and beyond for my needs with my 4 year old daughter and made her feel at ease. Now my daughter loves to go to the dentist.The hygienist Debbie is awesome with getting your teeth clean. The Dr's there are all very nice and informative as well. I would highly recommend this office as my whole family is part of their team.

First of all I have to say I am not a patient of this practice. I drove a friend to her appointment today and was met by a very attentive and friendly staff. When my friends office visit was done they promptly called me on my phone to come and pick her up. Thank you Miesha  After discussing the return time for her next appointment the staff realized they could fit her in to complete part of her procedure!!! Amazing!! I had the time to accommodate her so all worked out all the way around. When you have staff like that to put you at ease and front office staff that is so welcoming ~ I’d say they’re doing something right at Henderson and Henderson!

My name is Tiara R  and I visited this office today. I absolutely loved how welcoming the staff were! Myeshaat the front desk was AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable from the time I scheduled the first appointment! I also love Dr. Kara! She was so calming and didn’t make me nervous at all. The woman who explained options was so sweet and honest! I am planning to take my son and I know he will be in good hands! 10/10 recommend going to see the great people at this office! Can’t thank them enough for making it such a great calming experience! Also how adorable that they have an office dog! Super sweet pup

I had been to another dentist who didn’t seem to care how much pain I was in and made an appointment with another who couldn’t see me for another 3 weeks so I called this office and they made an appointment for me the next day. The receptionists were friendly and they even have an adorable support dog in their office which comforted me a lot since I was very nervous and the dentist was so helpful and gave me a prescription for antibiotics which probably saved my life and sanity!  No other dentist seemed to care about my pain. No long wait in the waiting room either. I would highly recommend them and I hope to back for regular check ups

Had a appointment in May..they cancelled and never answered my call again it's now Aug..left 8 voicemails no calls returning to me..this use to be the best place to go

It was the worst unprofessional dentist i I have ever been to.  Scheduling conflicts, poor customer service, and horrible dentist.  I was charged for service i never received The fatty at the e front desk was so rude just as ugly outside as inside.  Poor equipment.  Please save yourself. dont go here plz read my review on Colonnade Dental.  Excellent and worth the drive

Called them and they gave me a appointment the next day. Went here for the first time last week and I love them already I had a terrible toothache and they got right to the point gave antibiotics for infection in tooth and will be getting it pulled this week so glad I found out bout this dentist office they also did a Lil cleaning as well.  They have some great employees as well. I definitely recommend anyone to go here

This is the worst dentist office I’ve ever had to deal with. Their scheduling issues have always been horrible but this was the last straw for me. I was referred by Henderson & Henderson to go get my wisdom teeth out in Durham. I went Tuesday and I’ve been having pain in my jaw for almost a week. My regular dentist refuses to even look at my teeth to see what could be going on. Instead I have to make an hour and a half drive in pain back to Durham to even be looked at. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Uncaring and unprofessional.

I had a wonderfulllllll experience!!! All the staff was sooooo nice and polite! I would definitely recommend giving this dentist office a try, you will NOT regret it. It’s hard finding kind people with nice attitudes and good service, and I found all of that here. 10 out of 5 starts

The pain is excruciating. Had a procedure done and had to go back as the tooth continued to ache. Went back only for the dentist to come into the room without so much as a hello. Proceeded to tell me I have other cavities that may have sparked the ache. Wrote me a prescription and ended the appointment. Didn't even touch me. I was later billed for that appointment when I wasn't even in the building for 15 minutes. Called to dispute the invoice and was told to come back and this time would see one of the owners. I received a call 20 minutes prior to the appointment asking if it could be pushed 30 minutes later as she was running behind. I agreed. Then after arrival I was kept waiting in the waiting room 20 minutes. Was then taken for observation and ended up waiting 25 minutes until someone came in to see me. At this point I was literally about to leave as I had to go to work. Explained the situation and she left. Only for me to hear her discuss with the said owner outside about her remembering reading my file. I thought I was coming to see her? Then she comes in and trims my tooth saying that could be the issue. She then said a follow up call would be made in a week. We are entering the 3rd week and I am yet to receive a call from anyone. It hurts but they didn't care about that. I am all about promoting black owned businesses but truly I feel as though I was mishandled by some nice personalities and pretty faces. Thanks but me and my son won't be returning.
