I am seriously so happy I came here. Of course I was hesitant from the only 3 star review, but this was one of the best experiences in a doctors office I have ever had. From the moment I first signed in I felt comfortable, I was first helped by Susan, whom was super wonderful! Seen the doctor Vicki in which I absolutely adored her! I am so glad I have found a doctor I can see without any kind of hesitation or awkwardness. Cindy was awesome taking my blood as well! Also, Sherry I think her name who gave me a shot, and she was great too! All of the staff and their willing assistance made me feel so much better about coming here and coming for future appointments also. Thank you staff of Hendersonville Health Department!

Many thanks to Jeanette and Kristina who helped me with my somewhat complicated vaccination dilemma. Their knowledge in their field was wonderful and they knew the right questions to ask to come up with a great solution. Everyone I encountered at the Health Dept. from receptionist to nurse was very kind, helpful, and professional.

I wish I got their names because everyone that took care of me during my visit was so nice and made me feel comfortable : I sensed no judgment at all when I mentioned wanting to get my tubes tied unlike past experiences elsewhere. The woman I spoke to was straightforward about how difficult it might be to find someone willing to do the operation on someone in their 20’s, gave me some advice, then talked me through other options of birth control in the meantime since my current IUD has been giving me problems. Even anyone I’ve spoken to on the phone for appointments and in the clinic has been so nice.

Environmental Health was efficient and friendly. I dropped off an application to repair/replace a domestic septic tank. Plenty of parking.

Staff here is so rude, first the front desk lady needs to take an urgent course of how to treat people properly, and then nurses are so disrespectful, speaking of other person's life out loud, the worst service and the worst staff. Finally why the nurses can tell some people to use a face mask but others don't? Horrible place

The staff was friendly but the nurse seemed eager to get me out the door. And I'm pregnant and she wasnt very helpful or detail oriented as to what needed to be done I didn't even get to see a Dr.

The environmental health department in Hendersonville is an absolute joke. It took Jonathan Stepp over 3 months to come out and do a 5 minute perc test for my septic and well. Meanwhile my son was being born, knowing this he still delayed my house getting done by 3 months. Paid over $800 for the permits and it took him 3 months to stop by for 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope you don’t get Jonathan Stepp as your inspector if you’re building a house.

My experience was excellent, I went here for care throughout my last pregnancy and would definitely go back. All the nurses, doctors and residents were very pleasant and wait time were never bad.

I recently moved and started going here from another health dept, go for birth control and any other problems I may have; so far, great people that work here; normally a quick wait time; a lot of literature to read while waiting; easy and quick, to get in and out of here; happy to be able to go here and get the help I need when I need it since I have no insurance or regular doctor, etc... Thanks y'all!!

All of our experiences here have been top notch. The staff here is always so friendly and so willing to help! Every staff member and nurse here has gone above and beyond to help us in one way or another. We're very, very grateful.
