To tell you a little bit about ourselves:
Sonya W. Henderson, Principal Attorney, has been practicing law since 1988 when she graduated from Nashville School of Law. She is originally from Huntsville, Alabama and moved to the Middle Tennessee area in 1976. She is an aggressive, vivacious attorney. She mainly practices in the areas of family law, workers compensation, personal injury, and employment law (discrimination, sexual harassment, etc.). Sonya is married to Whit Henderson and they have 1 daughter and 2 sons together.
Whitney Raque, Associate Attorney, has been practicing since 2013. She is a 2012 graduate of Nashville School of Law and 2008 graduate from MTSU. She is a Murfreesboro native graduating from Siegel High School. Whitney is an aggressive, pugnacious, stoic attorney. Before becoming an attorney, she interned with the District Attorney's Office assisting in drug and homicide cases. She also served as Sonya Henderson's paralegal from 2008-2013. She is currently the secretary of our local Lion's Club. She practices in the areas of: Family Law, Criminal Defense, Juvenile Defense, Personal Injury, Dependent and Neglect, and Termination of Parental Rights. Whitney is married to Kevin Raque and they have 1 daughter together.
William Cain, Associate Attorney, has recently joined our firm in 2015 after his passage of the bar exam. He is in general practice, taking cases from family law, criminal defense, collections, juvenile, etc. He is married to Elizabeth Cain and they have 2 daughters together.
