Today, Henjes, Conner & Williams, P.C. has seven shareholders and a support staff of more than twenty people. The firm hires the best graduates from colleges in northwest Iowa, southeast South Dakota and northeast Nebraska. The firm strongly believes that promotions should come from within the company and all partners, and most senior staff, have many years of experience with Henjes, Conner & Williams, P.C. The majority of our personnel started with the firm as staff accountants.
