I'm pleased and impressed with Kyle Henning and Shelter. After having dissatisfying experiences with two other companies SF & AmFam I started researching my options. A trusted friend encouraged me to talk to Kyle.  He has been very helpful in educating me on coverage nuances I hadn't previously understood. He recommended I add a few items which sounded prudent when he explained them to me and also recommended I remove a few items even though I imagine this reduces his commission, which helped me trust him even more.  Shelter's prices are excellent, and I like that the pricing structure is simple and easy-to-understand without dozens of gimmicky discounts like some other companies. Thank you Kyle!  [update after June 2018 hail storms] My car sustained hail damage in the June 2018 storms. Working with the Shelter adjusters was smooth and prompt, and they mailed a check directly to me -- easy peasy. I'm very pleased.

Kyle with Shelter Insurance is totally trustworthy! Kyle sat down with me and thoroughly reviewed my families insurance plans with my previous insurance company and together we decided we should increase our insurance coverage so that my family would be better protected in the event anything went wrong. So get this: not only did we DOUBLE my previous insurance and add on a few features like paid rental car when making repairs - super handy when a deer runs into your car and it has to go for repairs for a few weeks!!, I PAID LESS for it all!! I have renters, auto, and business insurance now through Kyle with Shelter and I feel very taken care of. Kyle also explained to me that with Shelter the claims process is much more efficient if anything goes wrong because he's talking to people he knows and works with. He's not calling an 1-800 number like most other insurance companies are set up. So if you want 1 - a great agent who will take care of you, and 2 - an agent who is properly supported by his own company - choose Kyle with Shelter. He's fun, professional, helpful, honest, timely, and easy to work with. If you are on the fence about who to choose for insurance, you will be happy you decided to work with Kyle.

This office is seriously great, always answers calls or responds to emails the same day. We have never had a better experience with an insurance company/agent. Kyle Henning is professional and pleasant. He looks out for the best interest of the customer and makes sure that you're covered with what you really need! I've recommended him to everyone I know.
