Henny Penny Convenience Store

I’ve happily shopped at this location for many years. Today I asked for a manually entered request for numbers for Lucky for Life. I was told by the clerk that she was too busy to enter them. Too busy? Really? Very poor customer service. .

Un believable you go for a drink and this store has labels on different drinks saying 2 for 3$. I bring 2 different flavors with the 2 for 3$ label to the counter the cashier charges $531.00 for the 2 beverages I state they are marked 2 for 3$ another cashier buys in and says you can only get 2 of the same for 3$. I was blown away in all my years this is the first time every where the store and owner, and it's employees WOULD RATHER LOOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY WANT TO ROB ME FOR 50 CENT PER BEVERAGE. SAVE YOUR MONEY BRING IT FROM HOME OR STOP AT A DIFFERENT STORE. BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE! THE CASHIER WAS RUDE ALSO, HER BOSS MUST BE PROUD.

i pee here a lot and the bathrooms are really clean. you could eat off the floor but i don't because my knees are bad and there's more convenient ways of eating

This place should give you a receipt every time whether the person wants it or not I almost thought they had messed up on a purchase the parking lot should be a lot larger since everybody has pickup trucks you there for work or for play or vans they should have had the gas pumps so that we go parallel to the building instead of horizontal to the building . I do not think this Henny Penny is ready to accept the amount of people there were going to get also during the summer time it could get a lot busier and what if I got a lot busier how would they manage with the amount of volume of people I do not want to sound too critical but the same time if you make a mistake at least fix it.
