Henry County Tag Office

I have had a huge problem with getting my tag due to the closing of my Dealership Liz and Mesheryl went out of their way to help guide me through this issue. Even had me call each week to see if anything has been done on the end of the new company. Thank you so much for your friendly service and excellent customer service.

Moved to Georgia from Texas and went to get my tags changed. I needed a passed emissions test and Georgia insurance. When I got insurance they told me my previous insurance would’ve covered me for that. Then got a penalty fee, after I asked what it was for, I never got told. Still have to go back but don’t move near henry county. Because it’s been a bit, my tags will have already expired. Ridiculous

Amazing service! Took me two trips to get everything completed on my end. The first trip I worked with Denise and Theresa finished everything up on my second visit. Both were incredibly nice and easy to work with. Customer service like this makes the chore of going to the tag office into a great experience!!

Always a good experience when I am there. The staff is very professional friendly knowledgeable and informative. Everything that is missing in a lot of businesses now days. And let’s not forget the wait time, it’s almost nonexistent, I’m never there for more than 30 mins all together .

Had the most pleasant encounter with Liz Turner today! The first encounter was over the phone during her initial greeting, she was not only vibrant but was also very informative as it related to gaining a title to a car that I purchased. The second encounter was at my arrival, I was next in line and she called me up. During that conversation I mentioned how nice it was that people in the office seemed happy to world for the tag office. She asked was i the guy that gave her the compliment earlier that morning I responded "YES". As this world evolves, I along with many have noticed that good customer service is lacking in many arenas, I was elated to experience a service professional who was knowledgeable, professional and SMILING for a change! Thank you Liz, job well done!

Great office I was lost on how to do things and Ms Teresa at desk number 3 was awesome!!!!! Man do I appreciate her!!!!!! HC you got a gem!!!!!

I was surprised that I didn't have to wait in along line. When I first arrived I didn't have my emission report. The clerk let me know where I may be able to have my car tested. When I returned after getting the emissions test, I was taken care of by another clerk. Both ladies were polite and efficient at performing their assigned duties in a prompt manner. The whole process took less than 15 minutes once inside.

It is impossible to get someone on the phone. After following through the prompts it ends the call immediately.
