I have had to come in here a couple of times and the staff is always incredibly rude and dismissive. It doesn’t take much to be polite to other individuals, and more importantly don’t just ignore patients when they’re trying to speak with you. They make you feel like you are a total inconvenience to them. Totally unacceptable. Avoid coming here if you have the choice.
Very rude! Had an appointment scheduled for over a month for a Dot Physical they canceled the day of and only had one time available to reschedule for the following day. Governor closed schools and put everyone in a panic so I was advised to pick my child up from school since the majority of staff did were not there. Subsequently I was 7 minutes late the receptionist gave me an attitude before I even said a word to her and told me the doctor refused to do my physical. Needless to say ill be going to Ann arbor where they treat patients as human beings I will never do business with Henry Ford Again! This isn't my first bad experience with them but it shall be my last :
Would have preferred no stars as we waited for over 40 minutes, for a regular physical and when we asked the front desk they blew off our questions and pushed our 12:30 appointment to 1:06. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. And the building doesn’t have a bathroom on the first level, you have to wander around to find the elevators just to go one level down. Our appointment was around lunch time and was put off so the nurse/ practitioner could eat her cottage inn pizza would never recommend this occupational health center
Realizing this is a walk-in clinic I expected to wait as it's first come first serve for walk-ins. However they can and do make appointments as well.. Once I was seen as a walk-in, I was amazed with the care I did recieve. I had to make a follow-up appointment for 2-weeks. I was in and out in a half hour. A+ for quality care!
Doctors are fine. They try to rush you through without actually checking it seems like. The receptionist Jenna is rude. Constantly being snippy and half the time forgets to actually inform the doctor I’m here till after my scheduled appointment.
Every time I’ve been here for an appointment I have waited at least an hour. Even for scheduled appointments. They will go well over the time of your appointment. I don’t understand the point of a scheduled appointment if I can’t get scene until an hour later? The lady’s at the front desk can be rude and so are the doctors. Would not recommend.
Marlize the german doctor always tells me I'm fat and writes it on your pre employment physical paperwork. Unprofessional and I don't like this place because of her. Who keeps someone from a job potential?? She might have a ph.d but she isn't smart!! I have been fat all of my life and she isn't going to change me by hurting me with her words.
Worst place ever, Dr Butler wants to lie and dismiss my workman's comp claim and use my hobbys against me and made me lose all my work comp coverage while I'm still hurt so now in injured don't have much use of one arm and hand and can't get treated for it anymore cause of his false lies.
Quick, friendly and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience... unless they also fed me pancakes.
Staff at check in is very rude not only to me but also the Company that sent me.
