Henry Ford Macomb Health Center - Washington Township

The girl who is the receptionist for Urgent Care on 11/11 12:30pm, has zero business dealing with the public, let alone ill/hurt patients. She rolls her eyes and makes faces while verbally degrading you. Henry Ford needs to remove this girl. This is not the first time people have complained! I drove to the Henry Ford Urgent Care in Bruce Twp and couldn’t believe how professional and caring they were. I will gladly drive up the road to deal with people that realty care! Henry Ford, please feel free to contact me so I can pass along the conversation.

If you need an urgent care please find a different place. I came in today at 10am with severe abdomen pain, swelling and inflammation all of which lasting over 24 hours and not being able to keep food down for the past 12 hours. And after hours of waiting and 2 x-rays and unnecessary blood work later they told me to take laxatives and peppermint oil..... nothing for inflation or pain or ANYTHING. No medical explanations. I could not walk or move last night from pain and thought I was being smart by waiting to come to urgent care. Instead of accepting a huge ER bill AGAIN. I will never be coming back here. And will make my way to a real doctor that will treat me properly. The Nurse that helped me was super sweet and apologetic, about my poor treatment by the Doctor. This star is for her alone. EDIT: Went to a different hospital ER right after. Turns out my gallbladder popped and I was going septic, and NONE of their tests saw this? Near impossible.

Was sent to this location straight from doctor office to get xray of son's wrist. Signed in at 4:05pm and noticed sign stating takes last patient at 4:15pm. Was relieved we made it just in time. Receptionist told us to wait a second and returned to tell us "if we really need the xray today we can go to Bruce Twp". I suggest this location or corporate make changes to the time of the website which states open till 4:30pm and also change their sign where patients sign in. Not only was I disappointed so was my son!

My mother has cancer and needs blood work done before she can go to her chemotherapy the next day. Today is the third day in a row where we were the first people there and we waited over an hour each time not to mention she is not supposed to be waiting at all per her doctor.

Very unprofessional Asked them did they send prescription to the walgreens pharmacy they said yes But they didn’t,imagine what you will do if your child needs pain medication with broken hand

Love how they close down the location without as much as sending out a letter telling us where the doctors have gone so glad i have to find a new doctor so i can get my diabetic medication really shows how much you people care about your patients

This place was a joke. Front desk lady was rude & mean to multiple costumes in my two hour wait.

Waited 25 minutes before being checked in for bloodwork and the doctor that ordered it.
