Hensley Hollow lodge "The Ultimate Mountain Retreat"
Hensley Hollow Lodge is an authentic log mountain lodge, built in January 2005 on 23 acres of secluded mountain property that border the Shenandoah National Forest and now has a one bedroom guest cottage. This beautiful log lodge is nestled on the side of a mountain, overlooking Hensley Hollow and the Blue Ridge Parkway with incredible unobstructed views. Enjoy the rustic natural solitude & park-like surroundings. This Lodge has 8 locked bedrooms and can sleep 22 in beds. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 of which have jetted Jacuzzi tubs & showers. It is 4921 sq. ft. of luxury living area with 900 sq. ft. of decks & patios, including 4 patios for each of 4 of the bedroom suites. The kitchen is exceptionally appointed and has counter eating space as well as an adjacent dining table and an additional dining table in the game room. Activities in the area include Massanutten Ski Resort & indoor water park, horseback riding, wineries, antiquing, sightseeing (20 minute drive), tubing, kayaking, canoeing in the Shenandoah River (5 minute drive). We furnish all linens, cleaning supplies, spice rack & some condiments.
