I enjoy redesigning old pieces into new beautiful useful items. I have always repurposed items within my own home and see the value in doing so. I feel it's important to be aware of the things that are being thrown into our landfills. Repurposing these of use items continues their life-cyle and inspires those we welcome to our happy home to do the same.
It has been my lifelong passion to inspire others to live happier and healthier lives through home grown, hand picked and old fashioned processes. Having 6 children, I enjoy canning and raising produce for them. Knowing how the items were grown and processed is important to me. When you visit Her Happy Place you will be greeted with a rustic setting surrounded by beautiful landscapes. This too is something I enjoy!
Keeping it local, I select products that I enjoy and trust. Doing this ensures that you walk away a happy customer. I purchase my items primarily from non-profit and community organizations, only supplies necessary for assembly are purchased from corporate businesses.
