Been going here since April of 2021...Every single time I have an appointment here, I have to jump through hoops to get things done. They never answer the phone, they are horrible at returning calls, the receptionist fights with me every time I come in for Birth Control shots claiming I need to pay $80 copay even though my insurance doesn't charge for BC appointments. The doctor is not welcoming or gentle with pelvic exams, and to continue my birth control, I HAVE to pay $80 copay for a zoom call for her to give me my results from my last pap, otherwise, they will begin denying me my birth control. And the latest installment is I have a BC appointment at 11am this morning but they haven't called in my refill to the pharmacy so I've been trying to get it taken care of but the pharmacy is unable to get anyone from this office on the phone to have it filled in time for appointment. Everytime I have to be at this place, it's been like pulling teeth. Not to mention, I was told I could request laughing gas for a biopsy, asked for it at my appointment and was told by the staff "you don't need it" and was never given any for the excruciatingly painful experience that was. UPDATE: Went to my appointment and was told it was canceled but no one notified me and the only person that was there was the billing manager. The nurses and doctor would not arrive until 1:45pm and my appointment was 11am. Again, LIKE PULLING TEETH CONSTANTLY. UPDATE: Now, I've been discharged from the practice because I refuse to pay to get the results of my last pap...which means, I'm unable to get the birth control shot I'm due for that keeps me from bleeding out. I've never met another more uncaring doctor than Dr Moore and her rude receptionist.
Patricia Moore is a scammer, I have a sister who is blind and she went to see Patricia, my sister has been charged for two visits that never happened. Patricia ran some tests, my sister called the office for nine days, no answer, when she finally spoke to someone she was told that she would have to make an appointment to get her results, the day of that appointment she asked if she could reschedule after waiting for over an hour the receptionist was rude to her and she explained that she's blind and her ride had to leave, they didn't expect to be waiting that long they told her if she left they were going to charge her a no call no show fee and charge her a copay for the visit that day. On another occasion she had a virtual appointment to receive her test results as soon as the virtual began Patricia told her she couldn't give her the test results because her insurance won't cover a virtual appointment and proceeded to charge her for that 60 seconds. Last week she had my sister come into the office took her to the back and told her I have no information to give you at this time and charged her for a visit. This girl is playing games with my disabled sister and when my sister got fed up and told them that she just wanted her test results that she's been trying to get for weeks she was given more excuses.
Went for birth control and was encouraged to drink smoothies. The “doctor” printed a recipe out for me. I drink smoothies with almond milk already. Don’t go here. It’s a joke.
When I went in for the my first visit I was helped but at the bare minimum, I felt the dr was cold and unwelcoming. I went in for my next appointment that was scheduled two months out and waited about 30 minutes just to be told the dr would not see me and I need to be rescheduled due to me having my two children with me 2+1 who were quietly behaving in their stroller with no further explanation. There should be a notice or a sign saying small children are not able to come to appointments. The nurses are kind, that’s the only reason this isn’t a one star review.
I was booked a appointment to be checked up had to come back and then prescribed pills to help me while pregnant my first trimester of pregnancy and did some research of the medication before taking the next day of getting the medication, come to find out its not safe for early pregnancy. Poor communication because nobody asked how far I was when visiting not even the doctor. Mind you I been twice already they knew I was pregnant but didn't care how far. If I haven't read up on the medication could've lead to my unborn baby being premature and sick.
After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant but I've always been one to try things for myself. Dr. Moore and her staff are very professional and thorough. From check in, to vitals, the exam, and blood work, EVERYONE was very professional and nice. They have answered all questions and have made sure to get me any extra resources needed.
I've been once so far. I went to this clinic after I was put off about my concerns at another doctor's office. I felt heard when I saw the nurse and Dr. Moore. She was up front and told me what tests she was ordering and why. She even gave me literature on the tests. I feel like she is actually trying to find out what is going on with my body and not just saying "oh, that's normal," like the other doctor I saw said.
Nice, clean and spacious office. The nurse Angie is very attentive and warm. She is caring and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Moore is very professional and to the point. I was able to speak to her, ask questions and get the answers I needed. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience here.
I was very impressed with this place. The office is very clean and pretty, the staff was very nice and professional. Dr. Moore was very thorough and took her time to make sure any questions I had were answered. Definitely going to be my go to for a gynecologist
There is a little bit of miscommunication however the staff is friendly. Dr Moore shows compassion and explains everything in detail! She’s absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and I can’t thank y’all enough!!
