Went in to purchase my graduation cap and gown and the lady was very nice and helpful. They have everything you need for that special day. I recommend this place.
The owner he is very rude. He never answers questions when asked a question, and the other people that work there are the same. If you can’t handle the customers than you people are in the wrong business.
We had no problems greate customer service and they were verry patient and knowledgeable about there products
smelled like mildew, i have a very sensitive sense of smell so i couldnt stay in the store very long, customer service was horrible. prices were too high for me. they need to be more sanitary because my child has allergies and they did not care about our health or safety
Why do they open so late during this time.. dnt you knw that your gonna be super busy after you open smh

Horrible Horrible Horrible I can't believe it's my son's senior year and I'm worried about him not having a gown for pictures. When you call they avoid giving accurate information their answer is always " we don't have an uodate" we spent over 2,000 in items we purchased and to have to be worrying about something that was promised is ridiculous... you made an agreement and now you're not meeting your end of the bargain.
Very rude,, there was only 2 people working had everyone waiting, if you didn't know what you wanted you had too look at the book while other people were being helped. The lady didn't want to show us the rings, I told her show them the rings, so they can see what style with what. She told me it's the kids choice not yours, well hello, I am going to pay you so I should have a say so. So one lady promised me cap and gown, hoodie, 2023 mask and all this other stuff for my senior next year.. Then the other lady told me no we can't offer you that because we don't know what's coming in the package.. Okay so why did they tell me one thing earlier now it's we can't tell you cause we might not offer it next year. I told her I tried calling for the early bird special, she said of course you can see we don't answer the phones because, we take care of the people that come in first. I walked outta there, did not like anything about this place
Absolutely horrible customer service. I had cancelled a cap and gown for a college graduation over the phone, and had not received any communication phone, email, etc for almost a month. I called asking for the status of the refund, and the lady on the line essentially told me she had no idea if the order got cancelled, and she had no way of checking because apparently the ordering and manufacturing departments were separate, so I had to wait for either the money to come which it hasn't in a month, or the cap and gown to come, and then return it for a refund. On top of everything, she started developing a nasty attitude when I was inquiring about all of these things, as if I was dumb for thinking it was not okay to have any information at all. I'd definitely avoid these guys, and good luck trying to get any updates on the status of your order.
