Have been going to the Shoe Depot for years, they have always been amazing and accomodating to me. I live life in a wheel chair and tonight as always the staff went WAY ABOVE and beyond what they had to. Super crazy happy with these guys, the new manager guy was super nice and helped me find what I needed and spent a long time looking for what could possibly help. So grateful for the amazing staff and the store, I highly recommend them and will only be going here for my foot wear needs for as long as possible.
Excellent selection of shoes, boots, purses and more. Have wide width and orthopedic type shoes too. Wide variety of price range too.
Web site is wrong says open. Waited in parking lot for 1/2 an hour and decided to give up and shop elsewhere. Maybe an emergency for the employees which caused the store to not be open?
Despite the government mandate requiring masks the employees couldn't be bothered to wear them. The cashier didn't have one at all, the male employee running around had his hanging off of one ear and the others only had them around their mouths.
Looked nice from the outside, very little Customer Service! Had to ask for everything: they more interested in putting product up then selling me boots.
People are nice and helpful they have your style and size on most shoes price was a little high but they have what you need
Fair prices, awesome selection! I got really cute shoes today, cheap too!
Awesome customer service with Jamie.....she is great. Knows her department with the shoes and what would look good on people.
Great prices, large selection and has discounted shoes display as well.
