Heritage made all of my wedding dessert table dreams come true! I could not have asked for a more perfect gluten free wedding cake and an assortment of our Heritage favorites on our wedding day. Isabelle and her team were so easy and kind to work with and took my dreams and made them a reality. They made it super easy by delivering to Luray. I had to refrain from eating a cupcake before walking down the aisle : Highly highly recommend this fantastic bakery!

I’d give six or seven stars if I could! This bakery is so tasty and cute. The staff is so friendly and the treats so yummy. I highly recommend trying out this spot. Bonus: the bakery shares a building with the visitor’s center so you can check out local attractions and brochures as well. So convenient for breakfast while you’re visiting!

This bakery is a must try if you’re in the area! I had the chicken curry with a side salad and my friend had the salmon bagel. It was all so sooo good!! I tell you what though, the employees are the sweetest!! Someone forgot a slice of coffee cake I ordered with my meal, but she came over to apologize AND offered me a free additional treat to take home!!

Heritage provided the cutest cake for a wedding I photographed last weekend. Delicious too! The real floral accents were so creative.

They made 2 beautiful cakes for out wedding as well as our vow renewal and they were both beautiful and delicious! I have a special place in my heart for this little bakery and cafe.

I love Heritage Bakery's gluten free selections. I have had celiac disease my whole life. It is a joy to discover a bakery that makes delicious gluten free baked goods. Thank you, Heritage for making a celiac woman very happy!

I cannot say enough positive things about Heritage and all of their staff. I LOVED coming here so much while I was at JMU and enjoying brunches and treats- so much so that I ordered my wedding cake and cupcakes from here! My wedding cake was absolutely beautiful, delicious, and exactly what I asked for, plus it was affordable and so easy to communicate and work with Heritage throughout the entire process. Everything from here is so fresh, made from scratch, and absolutely AMAZING and you just have to stop by or you are missing out!

Can't say enough good things about this place. It's the perfect location to work, eat the most delicious baked goods, or pretend you're in an English romance novel. I've been going to them for years and can find no rival for their meals, nice staff, adorable tableware, baked treats yay for gluten free!, and cakes. I recently photographed a wedding with their cakes and it was the best surprise ever. Delicious as expected!

we had the ginger scone, pistachio rose cake, and pumpkin spice swiss roll, all divine; and staff are incredibly kind! we casually mentioned to them it was one of our birthdays and unexpectedly, they brought out the pistachio rose cake on the house with a candle. such a sweet, quaint little shop. 100% recommend heritage bakery & cafe. <3
