I would highly recommend Heritage Bank to anyone—especially those seeking their first home. Because my partner and I were purchasing our first condo together, we required more assistance and support along the way. Ryun was a terrific loan officer and never hesitated to get on the phone and chat through things with us, even after hours and on the weekends. Because of Ryun’s quality service, we were able to enjoy the full process. The digital app also made reviewing documents and managing our to-do list much easier. Overall, we had an exceptional experience with Heritage Bank!
We have had a great experience with Heritage Bank as a whole. Their customer service is top notch, their employees are very knowledgeable. The reason I gave four stars is due to the fact they recently changed to third party mortgage processing and got rid of their app. I prefer to deal local, that was one of the main reasons we went with them to begin with. Overall a great company to work with.
My experience with Heritage Bank has been wonderful. They have such great and caring staff there that are always there to help their customers, as well as take care of their staff like family. Adam was wonderful to work with, always went above and beyond, and always took the time to answer any questions. He was not only a great at his job, but an awesome human being as well. He is greatly missed.
Becky was super helpful when our mortgage had a series of changes to it. Instead of losing our insurance we were able to reinstate the policy. We struggled with being able to fix the situation until Becky helped us out. Without her help I am convinced that we would have lost our insurance. She was an essential part in recovering during the transition. Thank you for having her on your team! I thoroughly enjoy the fact that you have such great people working for you who can provide amazing customer service support. Thank you Becky! You were a lifesaver for us in our time of need.
Heritage bank has been a huge factor in the growth of our real estate portfolio. They took a chance and trusted us on our first apartment purchase in 2020 when other banks wouldn’t. Since then, they have financed all of our apartment purchases since and continue to do a great job as we continue to grow our portfolio. Scott, their portfolio manager has been a great source of knowledge when it comes to analyzing our deals and putting the proper debt structure in place to make sure the project is set up for success every time. Highly recommend
Our experience with Heritage Bank has been wonderful. My husband and I refinanced our home in 2020 and the entire process was seamless! At every step our mortgage lender, Julie Velline, was in constant contact, answered all of our questions, was on top of every issue, and an absolute joy to work with! We closed on time and Heritage Bank has continued its excellent customer service. I cannot recommend this bank highly enough.

We were very satisfied with the service we got from Heritage Bank NA. We wanted to improve our dairy operation by putting in a milking parlor and this bank made it happen. This has made our work load on the farm so much easier and better for us. We are more than satisfied with the service they gave us. They kept in close contact with us and were very friendly to work with.
I have had several dealings with Heritage Bank over the past several years and they have been fantastic to work with. Always coming up with creative solutions and offerings to solve for what I was trying to do and saving me money. I highly recommend Joyce and her team!
