Heritage Lanes isn't the best bowling alley in the city, and it's far from the worst. Front desk needs a more attentive and perky person for front greeter to be the 1st point of contact. Afternoon employee before night shift lady came in. No special on food and drinks-$25+ for a large pizza,but you do get free refills on a soda. They have 8 new air freshener around building for the funny smell especially in the arcade area. The kitchen staff was super friendly especially the new guy training. You'll have fun for the worth. Get your Bowl on
We had an incredible time at Heritage Lanes for my daughter’s 15th bday! The staff was super friendly and very helpful, everything was clean and tidy too. We have already planned to go back once a month for family night. Thanks Heritage Lanes for a memorable night!
This is specifically for Royal Flush Pro Shop​​. THANK YOU for the best customer service someone could ever ask for! For those who have not visited this place, all I would have to say is that you are missing out. They are knowledgeable but more importantly, they know how to convey that knowledge through customer service. Words can’t describe how ecstatic I am at the level of their service. If you don’t believe me, visit them for yourself and you won’t regret it.
The teachers from my daughter's school booked the bowling alley for their students. It was very busy but the staff managed to help with all the chaos and the kids thankfully had alot of fun. They have a bar here for the adults, arcade area where the kids can win tickets for prizes. Plenty of lanes to handle large amounts of traffic.
Nice bowling alley, went to a tournament there. It was well ran, the bar was nice. Fair prices, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. My drinks were good. The lanes were flooded with oil. But the approaches were clean and well maintained. The bathroom definitely needed work.
We come to Heritage Lanes as a work group some Mondays, and we love it. They have a crazy special on Monday nights, so we can have fun on a budget. The staff is friendly and remembers their regular customers, and the food is pretty good! The drinks are a little on the expensive side since you don’t get free refills, but everything else is great. There’s also an arcade with a prize area and a bar with pool tables and shuffleboard.
My bf and I’s favorite place to bowl! We love the environment and the staff. Also, the Royal Flush PS team is wonderful as well. Very kind and resourceful when we came in for a new ball.
Nice bowling alley, with glow bowl in the evenings. Was a good time. They need more of a variety of food tho. NO hotdogs OR hamburgers OR nachos etc. Their variety was very small and it wasn't that good taste wise either!! Other than that it was great.
Staff was great, they were very friendly and helpful. Place was clean including bathrooms. Able to enjoy the summer kids bowl free program was definitely a plus.
Fun place to bowl! Has a little arcade/game room, a bar for adults. Food is actually pretty good for a bowling alley. We had the burgers.
