If no star is possible, i would say none. They rejected me for a state inspection because I have tints. My car had the same tints on for 5 years and I’ve been coming to them for emission and safety inspection every single year. No longer will bring 4 of my cars to them for anything. I will spread the news to my family and friends about this incident to no longer support thembecause in VA it’s an ADD-ON charge on top of the traffic violation
Got my timing belt changed and months later I discovered my car is leaking oil. They would not fix the problem when I brought my car back. Would not recommend
Horrible service!!!! Went to get a emissions inspection. 1. They did the wrong inspection,charged me 2. Man who greeted me there, put his hand on me, pushing me away when i was trying to help him find the parking brake. Still grinding my brakes cause he wasnt getting it 3. When i asked for a refund, was told to go to Hell DONT GO TO THEM
Came in and asked them for an oil change. They told me to come back tomorrow to get one after 8am because no one was available. They said it was first come first serve and I was not allowed to schedule an appointment. I came back the next day at 10am. The guy at the counter said they don’t do oil changes. They pretty much pick and choose who they want to offer their services to. Very unprofessional not recommended. Theres so many other shops around do not waste your time coming to this one.
Matt wasn't joking about the slow pump. I was sitting for about 15 minutes to fill my tank up; really wish I had seen the review before stopping. The place seemed fine apart from that, and gas wasn't different as far as I can tell. Still never coming back.
Went to get car inspection. Said something was wrong but they could conveniently fix it for $250. Drove straight to another place and passed with no issues. Very suspicious.

Do not come here for service! They will cheat you and over charge for oil changes. They will try to make you fix things that don’t need to be fixed and not really fix them. And I suspect they have bad fuel. At least the premium gas.
It is great place. I took my uncle’s two cars for emissions check. They treated us politely and made sure the job is completed ASAP.
The guys that work at this station are very professional and are pleasant to deal with. I trust these guys working on both of my autos.
