Great park to be in peace and read the bible early in the morning. Also 100% safety by WPD.
Small and not well mowed. The disc golf course is nice, but a little close to the water, so I would not recommend this course for beginners. Lots of cool signs and information around the park.
I have a 6 pound puppy and there are not enough side walks. The dirt is full of stickers.. I think it's probably fine for younger people who enjoy Frisby golf. Wouldn't use restroom or Picnic area.
This is a great neighborhood park with a lot of History .back in the early 70's free outdoor concerts headlining up and coming bands. I could hear the drums from my house .It was always peaceful a family park .Today you can play Frisbee golf and nice walking paths .
Disc golf course, & actually has a cute little walking path. I wish they would clean up the water there because it smells almost like sewer at this point. And looks disgusting. But the park is a descent size and shaded for the kids and oh yea it’s in the same Parking lot as a police station lol
The area has excellent restrooms, the park has plenty of recreation areas for the children. There is a aquarium on the ground not far from the water recreation house. The place is perfect for kidsy.
Honestly.....for being a Riverside chic. This park is AWESOME! Nice run/walk places, disc golf, a large tank that you can see native fish and also the water facility. Pop in for a quick tour but, to see all and take in a few hours.
Nothing to do, except disc golf. No playground equipment. Park doesn't seem as well taken care of as it used to be. Few picnic tables, but no grills, that I saw, very few trash containers.
Disc golf course had a variety of downhill and uphill drives. Moderately wooded and lies along the mighty Arkansas.
Truly a beautiful park. Excellent in many ways and makes for a great background in photos also.
