Today I was in Vienna store, but unfortunatelly they are moved to temporary store on different street. Temporary store is very limited, luckily Oran’ s was available.. overal, I was not so impressed.
I know everyone’s story is different but I had only good experience in this boutique. I talked to 3 different SA during last year and all were amazing and very polite. There are some not friendly madams, but I just always try to recognize people in advance and not spend time when I feel something wrong. Anyway I got a lot of amazing and hard to get items in this boutique. It’s so sad that soon it will be closed and new boutique will not hire those amazing people who I know.
Nasty attitude, the rude lady literally wrote it on her face that she didn’t want to serve us. She sighed while telling us she didn’t have what we were looking for in store. We only asked 2-3 questions and she answered us with a fullness of impatience. If it was not for getting something for our friends, we would have left right away after taking her bad attitude. It was a heaven and hell difference between our experiences in Vienna store and Prague store sales in Prague was extremely friendly and helpful. Will never visit the store in Vienna ever again.
Terrible service. Waited a whole hour in line. Where as when I got in I asked for orans and a picotin. Very low stock SA said only 3 colors of orans available and i said that’s fine. I requested a 38 and she goes down for 20 min and and brings up a 38.5 I knew it was big and still proceeded to try it on. And told her sorry Too big won’t work out so she was like let me go check again and proceeds to disappear for another 20 min then comes back and is like oooh find it at the very bottom lol yeah right! Anyways they love to manipulate and play games. Like not worth spending your money here. Also I asked about bags and she said they all sold out LOL it was 11 am they just had opened. Whatever not worth your time and money.
Very friendly and rather busy store, however, agents are helpful and patient to assist you finding the right scent, color, size.. Today, the experience was the opposite. Although store was not busy, the security had us wait outside in the rain and told us: warten bis Verkäufer kommt... Definitivly NOT Hermes style
The customer service was good but there was low in stoke in everything Also we should not wait out side for more than 20 min ! We come to spend our money we should be treated well !!
It's a small store. I didn't have to wait and walked in. Better visit this store in the morning. There were very limited leather goods available. But I did see some boots and classic color black/white/gold of Oran sandals. The sales was friendly. Although there were limited things in the store, I was able to find the latest belt buckle and belt.
Terrible service. No more willing to leave money and buy something. Just disgusting. Be aware that your reservation may be sold to someone. Disappointment.
One of the best shopping experiences! I was lucky to have a really nice SA, who not only helped me find all the items I was searching for, but also explained to me the parking ticket purchasing process.
Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I went there because I am interested in ordering a Kelly bag and after receiving an eye roll and a “you can’t afford this anyway” kind of look I was told that in Vienna the lists are always closed and I should go to Paris. When I asked the sales lady if she could let me know when the lists are open again, she told me that there would be way too many people to call. It was very disappointing. I was expecting professional advice, details about the bag, pricing and so on. I have never felt so miserable in a high end store. This is not how to treat your customers.
