Fantastic experience with everyone here! We brought our two young ferrets for their initial visit. Dr. Hamilton and her nurse were amazing with them and very knowledgeable. Our babies received proper treatment and prices were fair. They were very accommodating and caring. Totally worth the hour and a half drive for us!
Love this place take my sons huskies as well as my small fur babies here. Friendly knowledgeable and caring staff. Even with pandemic able to get care needed for them and able to phone for advice. Have been going here for many years and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Highly recommend this place
Wonderful experience! Dr Giles was excellent with our two guinea pigs. Spent a large amount of time with us during our first visit for their wellness examination. It was their first exam. And while examining them, she did a fantastic job explaining to us the do's and don'ts for proper care. And guidance for future care. Dr Hamilton and the others, same! We look forward to future visits and taking comfort in knowing we have the Best of care with them and the whole staff there.
Sadie and Tango have always had the best of care at Hermitage Veterinary Hospital. Our previous Barney: age 20 and Ajax: heart issues who died at 2 years of age were our intro. to this facility. Through thick and thin, they have offered nothing but the best care.
Best veterinary in the area! Dr Hamilton is amazing and so very concerned for our fur babies She always goes the extra mile to make sure we understand exactly what is wrong with our babies and what the best options are to make them feel good again. I've been to several vets in the area and no one has shown such compassion as Dr Hamilton does.
I love the staff here. We have had great care with our pets. Just got a bengal kitten and I had to bring her in because she was having an allergic reaction to the stitches from her spaying breeders vet did the spay. Dr Hamilton and her staff helped us out without an appointment. For the next few days I had to bring our kitten in because the kitten started bleeding. I had no clue from what but I am so grateful dr Hamilton came in on her day off to help. We will always go to Hermitage Veterinary Hospital.

The ladies I interacted with were amazing, they treated me with respect and the vet explained everything in a simple easy manner. I was ten minutes late for my appointment and after I called, they were kind enough to wait for me. They treated my kitten wonderfully, and the prices were very reasonable. Due to Covid-19 they aren't allowing anybody inside the clinic building other than the animals and staff however. All things considered though I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know, and will definitely take my animals here from now on.
Hermitage Veterinary Hospital continues to be a staple of the community. The staff are nice, the care is excellent, and the courtesy is top notch. I rate them 4/5 stars because some will balk at the prices for service, and to be honest, I did as well at first. Since then, I've come to understand that the level of care is worth the cost. I believe that the doctors and staff truly love and care for each and every animal that they have the chance to see. I know that they are exceptionally busy and scheduling can be hard, but this also goes to demonstrate the level of attention they pay to their clients and their animals.
