Hernando County Fire Rescue Post 418 is an organization to teach young people about the fire service.
Hernando County Fire Rescue Explorers meet once a week at Hernando County Fire Rescue Station 2 located at 3445 Bob Hartung Ct Spring Hill, Florida 34606. Meetings take place on days the posts instructor are working, therefor they rotate. Meetings will be announced on the page weekly.
The post is lead by Firefighter DePiero, along with the post leadership, Chief Jordan Gennusa, Assistant Chief Joey Crescimanno, and Assistant Chief Mike Grier.
People interested should be between the ages of 14 and 21 and have an interest in the fire service or medical services.
The mission of the Hernando County Fire Rescue Post #418 is to instil values in young people through education and training in the fire and medical services.
