Our family has used Herndon for many years and will continue to do so as long as possible. Scott and the other employees took very good care of my grandmother’s services yesterday. Everything was beautiful and she looked so good after being sick for quite some time. We had a family only visitation and had plenty of room to visit in the chapel. The graveside service went perfectly as well. All of this made our family’s loss much easier to bear.

My parents purchased a monument for my uncle last June 2021. They have been given the round concerning this monument that was paid in full. It is now a year later and still no monument. I would not do any business with this company.
