Heroes Journey Fitness is dedicated to the achievement of a healthy lifestyle through community-based fitness. Our purpose is to help you experience greater health and fitness results than you’ve ever had before as well as a strength of mind that translates to your everyday life - all in a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Beginners can join us for a FREE consultation where we can review the programs that are right for you! Then beginners will be set up with a “coach for life” that will go over an assessment and orientation designed to be an introduction which will shape and restore your body's functionality in preparation for all of our other group fitness classes. We offer classes for all skill levels (Beginner, Advanced, and Lite) as well as open gym, Individual Design Program, One-on-one Personal Training, Kids, and Teens classes where they can learn a full range of exercises while receiving a healthy dose of positivity and love!
