Some of the kindest and sweetest people around, and really helped me out of a jam. Have a little patience and compassion, they'll have your back. Thanks Deborah! You and your whole crew are amazing.

Their pricing is criminal and I wish I knew it before!!! I'm so glad they're being sued over their pricing and horrible policy of calling late returns stolen. People have been jailed for driving unreturned rentals. Mine was late, so they called it in as stolen. The floor of the car had dirt from us, otherwise it wasn't bad but they charges us an extra $400 cleaning fee and since it was marked stollen we couldn't take the car around the corner and wash inside and out for $25. They charged a daily late fee so my bill didn't double for the extra week, it quadrupled. Other businesses bend over backwards helping and giving as low cost as possible, like charging a second WEEK for a second week. Hertz does Not, they charge the highest daily with double digit late fees. When I told the lady I didn't have that much, she didn't offer to assist me at all with lowering anything or payment options. She laughed at and said I should have read the contract and called for the next customer. Never again Hertz, Crooks, Criminals... Never again And still glad you're getting sued

Had a wonderful experience at this Hertz location. I travel frequently and have experienced a lot of issues with other locations. This was by far the most welcoming and stress free rental process I have had at any car rental agency to date. Deborah made this trip such an easy and fast process. It is always nice to be helped by someone who cares about their job and the people they are helping. Deborah and the Vallejo Hertz team were awesome. A++ customer service.

We rented a minivan for the Christmas holiday. First off they gave us the car empty, and said we can bring it back empty. That was professional! Then when we brought the van back they wanted my sister to help clean the car or she would be charged. So my sister had to go vacuum the car out because according to one of the employees m, they only have 15 mins to clean the cars. It takes about 6 or 7 mins to get to the car wash so they have no time to clean the cars. And in a time of Covid that was not comforting to me. So they give you empty cars and want you to help clean the cars, plus pay full price for these vehicles. Great business if you like being treated like your business means nothing. Rent at your own risk. We will not be renting from there again. Horrible customer care. Thank you for listening

It is not located on Sonoma Blvd., it hasn’t been for a long time. It also shows a new location on Redwood St., but not there - see the photo of the empty building. Last known location was the lobby of Courtyard Marriott on Fairgrounds. Said they were moving a long time ago to a permanent location.

Scheduled a must needed rental car after a long day full of flights just to find out that they didn't have any. I used their online service to prebook and pay for the rental, but was told that their inventory didn't match the online. Even though I was there at opening hours, I was pushed back and later cancelled. Usually use Avis/Budget and wanted to try a different company, so much for that! Ended up going with ol' reliable. SMH.

My experience at vallejo hertz was excellent. I was helped out by Deborah. When picking up the rental we had a problem but Deborah was so accommodating! Even the process to change to a different vehicle was hardly a hassle and I was able to get on the road

I prepaid for a vehicle through Priceline with a debit card which was confirmed by the location for pick up.  The emailed instructions specifically stated to have a credit card and ID when picking up the vehicle, however told that I can not use my credit card but MUST use the debit card used to prepay with a $500 deposit/hold! These are not contractural stipulations nor have I had this issue in the past after prepaying, nor is it on the website or in the email received which specifically states a valid credit card is needed for pickup.  This means your company fabricated the stipulations of rental reservations through Hertz on Priceline.  This is a way for rental companies to entrap into getting your money and denying you access to a service paid for.  The legal term is Bait and Switch and illegal non-disclosed Prepayment Penalty stipulations which also requires there to be more charges incurred for the prepaid rental for insurance purposes, fabricated infringement based on use of commerce. It is not stated, stipulated in the contacting agreement through websites such as Priceline.com nor in the emailed confirmation.

I visit here pretty often and the staff is great. Before reserving a vehicle make sure you go online and sign up to be a gold memberlots of great perks. Ms. Deborah is awesome and all of the drivers are so courteous and sociable. I'll only rent from them. Also nice assortment of cars.

5 polite representatives yet all of them transferred our call to a 24 hr towing company that does not respond to ER calls. Stay more than 3 mins the call will hang up. Not trustworthy.
