They were great when my friend rented the car but upon returning it they charged her $150+ for features she didn’t ask for. They charged her for insurance which she didn’t ask for because her insurance was covering it and she brought it back with a full tank of gas but still charged her $52 for gas because she didn’t have a receipt for the gas. Was the full tank not enough proof?? Not to mention when she called to complain about it the girl she spoke with was extremely rude and hung up on her.

My rental experience was/is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!!! I reserved an “intermediate” car which I paid for on my credit card upon arriving!!!! When I got there to pick up my rental, they didn’t have any intermediate cars and was given a compact. She then tells me “sorry there wasn’t any intermediates left.” Well that’s weird, considering I reserved it a week prior. Since the pick up on 7-24 I have over $600+ on my credit card statement!!!!!!!!! Was charged twice! It was never put in the computer that the car was returned! And had all of these outstanding fees for a car that I never even reserved! Not to mention, the customer service is HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and DONT EVER rent anything from this company!!!!!!!

place looks real rundown and old. Didn't look like there was very many cars also they only accept credit cards you have to be 25 years old to use a debit card and they do a credit check if you decide to use a debit card? Crazy! Enterprise is only like $100 down payment to rent a car and the car is usually are $30 to $40 a day the reason why I didn't rent through Enterprise is because the Moosic Enterprise is very shady they basically say I owe them $500 even though I paid my bill in full according to the worker there but he lied and apparently I still owed $500 so I refuse to pay it

It’s a shame that Hertz allows places like this to use their name. They have three cars, they are unclear about the insurance policy so that any price they tell you, you have to add more than double to legally and safely drive. And they don’t tell you this by the phone when you ask for pricing. They can’t read foreign driven license: Day/month/year, they thought my license was expired. The car I got started loosing tire pressure right after I left, for no reason and I had to take care of this every time I was at a gas station.

This is the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. After having a bad accident I had rented a car not to be stranded, which I had to return because I was going to get stuck since the first car was falling apart. I was lied to about my credit card being credited once my car insurance was going to pick up the bill. They do not have drop box for the key, I had to Waite 2 hours for them to open to return the car then had Nicole rant that she paid a babysitter to pick up a key I had. Not my problem she was not given the message. Lastly, I had to deal with a manage at another location who was very nice to help me because Nicole is unprofessional, rude and charged my credit card $137.- for gas when the car was returned with a full tank of gas. She was annoyed, she was not advised I was returning the key and charged my card to be spiteful. After thinking I was done I now see another charge for ez-pass when I have ez-pass and already paid the toll. Beware, once they have your credit card they keep charging in.

friendly staff and very knowledgeable. fifteen minute radius shuttle service was great. small lot, but no one was turned away because of a lack of available rentals. overall excellent experience. we would use them again.

Arrived for rental, place locked waited nearly an hour till someone arrived and then wanted to charge me twice what I was quoted. My advice stay away and go to enterprise instead.

I attempted to rent a car for 24 hrs . There hours of operation are 8am to 12pm . If you rent a car here it has to be taken back during those hours. As they don't have a key drop off box

slimey business. they take out money automatically and assume your drop off date. if i could give 0 stars i would. go to enterprise

Check your tires before you leave. Tires on the car i got from them had no tread at all on the rear. Not even close to passing an inspection. Be warned
