Car was a great price, but felt like driving a 2001 feature wise for a 2019. But the real reason for the 1 star is was about to get a $200 excessive dirt fee for some dirt in the vehicle. Had to shop vac it for 30 minutes. Isn't that their job? Insane

Pick up was a hassle. Had to set it up to get a different vehicle. Was charged for fule which i refilled the car myself. Also trying to reach someone to talk to is a nightmare. Also hidden chrarges on pick up of vehicle 500 bucks using debit or 200 for credit. Be ready to have that. Or just go to enterprise for the extra 5 bucks and no hassles.

Probably the worst car rental place I've ever been too, the employees are very rude, the manager sat in her chair in her office and made me wait 15 minutes in the lobby and just kept looking at me then when I finally asked if she could help me she put her hand up and held up one finger to tell me to hold on. I'm 8 mo ths pregnant so it wasn't fun just standing there for no reason. Then proceeded to get me my rental but was so mean to me, I wish I had chose another facility to get a rental.......

Stole my $200, denied my refund. Have to fight with them to get it back even though I never even took the rental they refuse to give me my money back. They keep lying saying they already put a refund in but my bank says otherwise. I would steer every far from this place. Horrible service I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I had no problem with the rental car, the car was great and we got a very good deal with AAA but the manager had such a bad attitude, very unfriendly & rude. I  will suggest to him that if he's not happy working there to find something that makes him happy so we the customers don't get affected by his behavior and don't ruin our day.

Overall, not a good experience with this Hertz location and I have been renting from Hertz for over 20 years. No masks being worn by employees during a global pandemic.  I wore one on pick up and drop off and still felt uncomfortable at this location.When the vehicle was brought to me I did not get any sense that COVID-19 precautions were taken into consideration.  First car I received smelled like a smoker and when I got home noticed a piece of plastic hanging from the front see picture. Since this location closed at 4 I had to do an exchange at Hopkins Airport about a 40 minute drive each way for me. You will not feel like a valued customer at this location.

This is absolutely the worst Hertz. Just go to enterprise. I booked and paid for my SUV rental online, I was then told in store that they couldn’t use my debit card for an SUV. Fine, so I asked what I needed to do. They said I needed to call customer service and cancel my reservation and rebook with a new card. Ok, easy enough. Except when I went to rebook, they wouldn’t match the rate from when I booked online and wanted to charge me the same day rate. Total bate and switch. I booked online in advance with the sole purpose of saving money. But now because of no fault of my own, they don’t want to match the rate I already paid and they wanted to charge much more for the same car they were already reserving for me. On top of that, the middle aged guy who works the counter is utterly useless and extremely rude. Don’t expect much help from him at all.

I felt like I was treated very well by the gentleman who assisted me at the counter last Friday. There was also a woman assisting another customer who seemed to be providing exceptional customer service. My car was exceptionally clean. I was served quickly and efficiently. Our family will rent here again, whenever needed.

What is going on here? How is this business still open? All reviews are 1 star besides the fake 5 stars they have there friends do! People watch YouTube videos about hertz issues! Beware!!

Do, I repeat, do NOT rent from this place. Staff isn’t friendly. Have gall to charge me 400 for smoking in the vehicle. The smell is already there after chemical clean up fade. It was 2020 vehicle with over 66k miles on it. Who know how many people used this vehicle before me? I tried to dispute it but the staff wouldn’t let me. He simply charged it, gave me receipt and walked away. 11 years of traveling for my company and renting, this was my first one. I’ll never come back to this place again.
