Can’t get ahold of anyone. The phone number doesn’t even work. They overcharged me over $100. And as a presidential rewards member, made a pick up appointment, and still had to sit and wait for over an hour in a very unprofessional atmosphere which appeared to be a very messy pizza and hot wings party all over the front desk, the waiting area had no water the coffee machine appeared to be broken and unsanitary. There was no signal/fix network on the tv. There were several employees just hanging out at the front desk just chatting eating the entire time. I was eventually given an electric car with 9% battery left. Had to stop and charge the car before I could even make it home.
Listen to me very carefully! Do not get a car from here! They will try and make you pay for damages on a car you dont even do! They try their best to squeeze as much money as they can! They can not be trusted! Do not come to this place! They just try to make me pay for a damaged car that was already like that before they gave it to me! There’s a hole in the window of the car on the left side! They tried to blame me ! This is a pre inspection photo!
They are the slowest hertz in the world. Be prepared to wait 2-3 hrs to get your vehicle. Molasses moves faster. They are not knowledgeable, they do the least possible to help you, and they have poor communication.
Hi, I’m giving five stars today so far you guys have been great. I’ve never rented from you but I called and you guys answered the phone very friendly, very polite. I appreciate you see you next week 90% of the other locations don’t even answer the phone ED
Ed is amazing. He always has a great attitude and makes my visits enjoyable. This is my second time here and he has upheld the same great customer service he exemplified my first time a few months ago.
Well i went there with a reservation I wait more than 2.5 hrs after thst they told me there were no cars left So i drove back with empty. Hand The clerk was really nice and was not their fault if this will be a customer service. Review this is. A 10 I dont know why uber does not have more hubs to rent drivers car in good Condition
please do not go to this location, they do not follow hertz or uber policies, they will not call you before hand if out of cars despite it being within their policy and they will waste your time for hours. Deandre short with long dreads the customer service rep lied about cars not being available and when i asked to speak to the manager Kendra- he proceeded to call the police and lie saying i was being hostile. Luckily once the police came the other customers let them know Deandra was infact lying and trying to endanger me by calling them. This location is horrible and Deandre should be fired, his behavior is unprofessional and overall a bad look for the company.
please don't even think about going to this hertz. Very rude and very unprofessional staff. After waiting 2 hours to be attended with an appointment at 11 am, they attended me at 1 pm. At the time of paying the rental of the tesla, I am being charged a separate insurance that in my reservation tells me that the insurance is included but according to them it is not. they are a gang of thieves. avoid them
This place never answers the phone. How am I supposed to resolve issues if no one ever answers. This location is over an hour away and I shouldn’t have to drive that far just to ask a question. Horrible service
Those guys stealling money, I bring the car back a month ago and they continue to charge me every week and blaming someone else..Worst place to deal with in whole world, about waiting to just ask something I don't wanna talk it's crazy.If I could I want to give -5 stars
