These people working here are certifiable. Y'all do not deserve nice things.

The lady at Hertz was very nice and helped us out so we could get in-and-out of there quick.

Excellent service and communication across the board . Employees were caring , understanding , transparent and respectful.

Had a reservation made by our office early this morning. Got dropped off by an Uber. As we're walking in, the lady behind the counter asks our name and said she just tried to call someone to tell us that she had no car for us. Why did they not call 5 hours ago, when the reservation was made? Didn't seem to care one bit that we were now stranded and having to make other arrangements. This seems to happen more often with Hertz than other rental agencies.  Update: We called another Hertz and Enterprise location in the Beaumont area, and both were very nice and provided actual customer service by calling other locations themselves to see if a car was available. Ended up having to get an Uber to Hobby Airport to pick up a car.

This facility closes at 1:00pm  Saturday and there is not dropbox to turn in keys after hours,this information was not disclosed at the time of the rental I called Hertz and asked where I should turn the key in, they told me to hold onto the key and turn it in on Monday at 8 AM when they reopen. When the employee showed up at 8:10am to open, I was charged for the two additional days Saturday and Sunday that I did not use the car and it was on the Hertz parking lot.

Every time I need a rental this is the place I go to theyvare very professional and I strongly recommend using them for your next rental car or truck thank you for always being reliable

Poor customer service!   I don’t recommend hertz to anyone.  They don’t believe in effectively communicating with their clients.

I didn't rent. I dropped off a Shipmate. It took him about 30 minutes to get the car and drive away. There was a decent selection of vehicles.

Booked a reservation 2 weeks ago with American Express travel services. I was dropped off this morning to pick up my rental and was told there are no cars available. I asked the agent why I wasn’t notified there were no rentals available… he replied we usually do… but not this time. Poor service.
