Can I give zero stars? Not just for this facility, for Hertz as well. They say they deliver, they wouldn't. They might pick you up, they didn't elaborate. Just told me that I HAD to be there to sign the paperwork. Had to wait a little because of some issue with the original rental so they gave me another. No big deal. It was going to need an oil change and I agreed to take it in for one. Hertz sent me a voucher. Made an appointment for the oil change, told the facility about the voucher. Had to wait two hours for Hertz to then approve the voucher they sent me. Really? Two hours for something you sent out? Was going to need another rental a few weeks later and was reassured by the local Hertz employee I could sign the paperwork the week before. Three weeks before was too early. I go to sign the paperwork 4 days before the rental is set up for and they couldn't seem to find it and then told me if I signed that day the charges would start that day. So I left, made a phone call and got something else set up. I don't know if it's just bad communication or bad customer service, maybe both? I just know I'd rather walk than rent from Hertz.

i had a great experience. I couldn’t get a car anywhere else and booked here. Scott was very helpful, i was very stressed before. it was a very easy process. Scott provided with great customer service.

Beware of $50 convenience fee if you have to pay by plate. That’s just crazy. There are toll roads all around. Very dissatisfied.

I was nervous after Hotwire booked us with Hertz and I saw the reviews. We were planning to travel for the long weekend when a hurricane popped up. I drove up to the odd location tiny room on the side of Bob Steele Chevrolet and asked if I could pick the rental up a day earlier due to the incoming storm. They gave me a card and told me to wait until the following morning to pick up the vehicle. No problem. First thing in the morning I call and no answer, they never opened for the day! Had to call around multiple numbers and hope I'll receive a refund in the next 2 weeks. Luckily enterprise down the street was open along with all the other businesses in Cocoa and saved the day! Moral of the story: GO TO ENTERPRISE

No car available, don’t lose your time. Avoid this place

0 stars. I had two “professionals” talk out loud about my rental as if I wasn’t sitting in between them. I have never felt so disrespected and helpless. We received a damaged car. It was noted by a gentleman, out loud, that the car was damaged before we took it. He said “There’s a gash in the tire” and the lady seemed unbothered and STILL gave it to us. Shame on us for trusting her I’m pregnant, and my 4 year old went on our road trip as well. The car tire gave us problems. Thank god we were visiting family and were able to get help in fixing the tire. THANK GOD the tire didn’t blow out on the road and cause anything bad to happen to me and my family. When pictures were taken of the car before the keys were handed to us, they were from a decent distance. As if someone were posting it to be sold. *shame on us for trusting her to take adequate pictures of the damage already there*.. upon returning the car.. they took much closer pictures and proceeded to say it got damaged even more in the same spot while in our care. I mean, just nitpicking everything on the car. Why couldn’t she have shown this same effort when taking the before pictures? I’m going to note my fiancé did the driving.. he’s a UPS driver.. pretty damn qualified so drive a Nissan Altima. Also, while being disrespected, a lady came in and dropped off her rental and walked out, no nitpicking done to her whatsoever. I felt ganged up on and bullied, and I don’t understand why. We were given pictures.. upon scouring them for several minutes, we do not see a difference.. aside from the up close pictures which should have been taken before we took the car AS WELL. I want to say a manager took the after pictures.. the more thorough ones, understandable.. I just wish Perla would have taken better before pictures and not screwed my family over with this.

If I could give 0 star I would. From my niece, Please, nobody ever rent a car from Hertz in Cocoa, FL. I have never ever felt this much disrespect and helplessness from professionals… being accused of damages that were already on our car before our trip. 1: They sent a pregnant woman and her family on a road trip with a damaged tire. One guy even said out loud there was something up with the tire and the lady still insisted it was fine. 2: They didn’t take adequate enough pictures of the damage already there before, but they sure did afterwards. Lesson learned I guess. Now to just stop crying over it. Pregnancy is fun.

I was trying to get in touch with customer service, with a live representative. I tried the phone number for customer service and go nowhere. I tried the local phone number and the call disconnected. I needed to get in touch with someone because the car actually died at the stop sign in front of my neighborhood as I was driving home from work. Now I will need to figure out a time to visit there personally to explain the situation since no one is answering the phone.

Gave us a broken down car. How could you rent cars like this to people for $400 a week? I can't even let my child ride in this car I have to call an uber for her. Front bumper is about to fly off, can't drive on the highway or above 40 mph. Refused to give another car.
