For some ungodly reason they down graded my rental, When I made the reservation they told me I would receive a Chevy Cruz , when I got there they gave me the ultimate insult! a kia! one tin shoe box with square wheels, I refuse to take this piece of junk on the hwy or drive it on main roads, I had made up my mind a few days ago not that walking in the rain back and forth to work was better than driving it. this morning I will have it towed back to them. As soon as they open up today.

They walked another branch through how to get me a car when the other branch thought they couldn’t help me. The Ottumwa office was very helpful during a bad week. Thank you!

The staff were very professional and quick. They explained every thing I needed. The pickup and return went very smooth.

Car was there waiting as promised. No issues. The girls were very easy to work with.

Typical car rental place that is hard to find and quite expensive compared to Enterprise.
