We are going to have body repairs on our Outback, so we needed a car for a week. Called Satori and set up a rental. We went in this morning and picked up a Crosstrek. The process was smooth and easy. The young man who dealt with us was friendly and efficient. We were third in line, but we were out in 15 minutes. I asked for a Maserati, but...no. That got a laugh. Joked it would cost them a star. Just kidding. Good experience all around If you need to rent a car, I recommend this place. K Quick follow up. Returning the car was effortless. 5 minutes...tops.
Wouldn't recommend unless you absolutely need too, take lots of pictures and be careful. We had a one way rental to o'hare, they charged us $250 cleaning fee and an extra day late charge. Luckily I documented everything and was able to fight it, but such a nasty scam. Probably nothing wrong with this place, just Hertz in general. There is a reason they went bankrupt.
What a mess... I was assigned a rental via insurance while my car was being repaired. The confirmation email from Hertz listed my pickup location in a city over a half hour away while there is a Hertz location in my city. Simple mix up right? So I tried calling the number listed on their offical site. Disconnected... So I tried the website. I entered my confirmation number, and it tells me there is no such confirmation number. So then I try and call their national customer service number... I have now been on hold for over 30 mins as I type this. If it wasn't for the insurance making me use Hertz for a rental, I would never do business with them on my own again
Had to rent a few vehicles over the course of a couple weeks while I shopped for a new car. Not only was working with this team easybut even when the corporation made an error they were quick to fix it!
Hertz REALLY hurts, your wallet! What a racket!
