The worst, make a back up plan. Arrived on a Friday mid morning to pick up my reserved car and the office was closed with no one there to help me. Called the number on top of the desk and no one answered. Had to drive to Casper to get a rental - 2 hours away.

Number disconnected. Not even at this location anymore. They need to update the website!

How can a major car rental place at an airport not be open on a Saturday? Tried calling on Friday - no answer - no call back. Wow .... just ..... wow.

Nothing bad to say about my recent rental from Hertz at RIW...they had my car ready/full of fuel/and ready to go. Thank you Hertz!!

Beware if you are paying with a debit cars they check your credit. If your score is to low you cannot rent a car.

I don't like intrusions of privacy. Stop geofencing. So there. I had to tag 1 star to post this.

So so customer service. They were not on time and they did not had the car that I reserved.

Knowledgeable and freindly service! This location is now closed to my knowledge.

This is no longer open. The Hertz call center couldn’t find it either.

Service was good just a very long process. Expect a wait time.
