Worst ranked till car company I've ever in my life dealt with and I've been renting cars all my life! Hertz will charge your credit card a year later for toll violations when I had my transponder hooked up to the vehicle they're so rude and disrespectful and when it's all said and done you will be paying three times the amount please run for your money
Alex and his staff treated me well. They were very responsive to all of my needs. Long story short, I had a small problem with the car itself, and Alex was very helpful in remediating the problem. The pickup and the drop-off Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL were very convenient and I find that Hertz is always very easy to work with. I value the customer service, and, it’s great to be treated as a valuable customer friendly, professional, good eye contact, helpful and speedy / efficient.
I had the best experience renting from Hertz. The management and staff was quick and easy to work with. Understanding the shortage of vehicles in the market with the pandemic, I called ahead to make sure my vehicle was available. They confirmed and gave me a time to arrive. My vehicle was ready for me. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. This is the kind of experience you want to tell people about, here I am letting you know. They have a Great team at this location.
This is perhaps the best experience I have had renting from Hertz. I typically have rented from other agencies and like most people go for the cheapest I can find. The service of the team at this location was top notch. Welcoming, fast, and professional. Alex and his staff are great. My car was clean and in top shape. I feel good about renting at this Hertz location.
The worst customer service ever!! The workerJon treats customers like trash, don’t want to pick up from location, shouting, ignoring, refuse to do his job properly. Horrible rent a car experience, never recommended ! Customer beware of this Hertz rental car in Pompano Beach, just because of the employee Jon, who is with a very bad attitude in here.
If I could rate it lower I would. I had a reservation and confirmation number and a specific pickup location. When I got there I was told they had NO cars. Not just mine but zero inventory. How does Hertz do this to customers. Thankfully there was an agency next door where I had to pay $100 more because I didn’t have a reservation. Very bad experience.
We rented a car from this Hertz location recently. The staff was excellent, but their selection of cars was pretty limited and the one we were given was in pretty rough shape and smelled like cigarettes even though we were told there is no smoking in the vehicles. I'd use them again but I think they can do better next time.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I made a reservation, arrived at this location and a staff member told me they did not have the vehicle I reserved. But of course they can figure something out, right? No. The staff member said there's nothing he could do. So here I am stranded trying to find a car from another rental company. Incredible!
