Great experience! Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. They were experiencing some company wide computer issues, but all had smiling faces and were working as hard as they could to get everyone taken care of.
From the time that I arrived to pick up my rental, Mr Roscoe walked me through and around the vehicle, I was finished no less than three minutes, thanks Mr. Roscoe, great job. When returning my rental, Mr. Que walked and asked me how was the drive and thanked me for my Military service, thanks. I will always recommend Enterprise to family and friends.
My wife and I were in a tough place due to car problems outside of Tifton, Ga and Enterprise Rent-A-Car was one part of the whole experience that we will remember with a smile. Rossko Walton, Branch Manager, was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to see that our needs were met. He did an amazing job getting us in a beautiful car to finish our trip home. I would never hesitate to use them again if the need arose. AAAAAA+
They canceled my rental after it was confirmed. I didn't get notified. I showed up ready to pick up my rental only to discover there are no cars. Furthermore i had been charged. What's the point of making a vehicle available for rental if you don't have any vehicles? If you charge me then you have no right to cancel anything.
I called before i came because the other location was sold out. When i did get to Tuition Hope Johnson gave spectacular customer service. Ms. Johnson greeted me and help me with any questions I had. I will most definitely return to this location.
Very quick to get me in a car and on my way. The car was clean and really nice. When it was time to turn the car in it only took 3 minutes and I was on my way! I will go back again to rent a car!!!!
Roscoe was very friendly and professional, he got me in and out quickly during pickup and return, if I ever need a rental this is the place for me
I am a regular customer and I receive the up most service! The manager is always so good to me and very polite as well as the other employees! I will never use anyone else other than Enterprise to rent a vehicle for work and for vacation. Thank you for giving me such great experiences every time I rent!
Save yourself some trouble and money and go to the Nissan dealership to rent down the road! They won’t help you 1 minute before they have to & ONLY accept credit card payments if you’re out of state.
Tifton location and Douglas location could use some extra help. The manager was super busy yet handled everyone in a simply manner. Hope was a huge help as well an explained everything. Look forward to renting again.
