Our truck broke down while on a trip 5 hours from home so we were excited to finally find a rental car company with a car to rent. Getting from our hotel to the auto repair shop, dealing with all of the repair issues, trying to get home in enough time to pick up our dog from boarding...it was nothing but stress. Corey was friendly and patient and accommodating and we were so thankful that he made renting the truck easy and one less thing to worry about that day. Thank you Corey! We appreciate all you did!
Took care of my rental needs, and were extremely professional. Even after I had multiple issues with my debit cards and had to switch my reservations. Corey fixed me back up after I got stuff situated
The car they gave us to drive had not been serviced or cleaned,it actually broke down in another state and we left it there, we won't be renting another car from there. Those guys are all talk.
I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but I'm pretty impressed with how everything turned out. Using the online service to set the appointment was pretty easy. I was happy they followed up with me the day before and answered any questions I had. I went with the Hyundai elantra for the gas mileage, considering how far I was driving. Even dropped it off in another state to save me the extra day. Their service was prompt and everybody I dealt with was very nice. Will definitely use again.
I had a pretty great first experience at Enterprise. Not only did I get a pretty good deal on my car rental, I also got a free upgrade to boot! I appreciate the staff as well; they did a really good job getting the car I needed in a good amount of time.
Love the people who work for enterprise. Always professional and as accommodating as the company will allow them to be. However, if you’re a loyal enterprise customer trying to accumulate points for future discounts, be sure to make your reservations through the membership program that you have to fill out separately. The points do not follow your name; something I didn’t know about until today when I called to ask why I haven’t accumulated points. I’ve rented from them four times for a week each time in the past 4 months and get nothing out of it. From now on, I’ll just shop around for the best deals instead of automatically going through enterprise.
All of the people I encountered were helpful and polite. At times the vehicles could be a bit cleaner, but, the kindness and professionalism made up for everything. Hopefully I wont ever have to rent a car again, however, if I do, I will definitely use them again.
It was really easy getting the car; took less then 10 minutes; the 2 gentleman that helped me were very nice and professional; the person that helped me get the car took the time to explain everything I ask about the vehicle and it was really hot outside; he even turned the air on for me so the car could cool down while he explained everything to me; Now that being said I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for; so if you have more than 4 people I would get the bigger vehicle; I know it costs more but if you are going to travel a long distance pay for the upgrade so everyone is comfortable; I didn't sit in the 3rd row sitting but was told by the 3 people that did that it wasn't very comfortable and 2 of those passengers were kids; We had 3 adults and 2 children; so if I rent a car again and we have that many people going I will get the bigger car; pay the extra what ever cost so everyone is comfortable; The car was great; it handle really well; I may even buy a make and model like the one we rented; it was clean and rode really nice; If I need to get a rental car again i will use Enterprise; they did a wonderful job; thank so much for all you guys do; I really appreciate it;
People at front desk were friendly. Good experience overall. Car could have been a little cleaner and I would've given 5 stars. Inside of windshield was dirty and the rest of the interior just needed a vacuum
I made my reservation online 7 days in advance for 9:00 a.m.. I got to the auto repair shop to leave my car and was told Enterprise had no cars and I was the second one it happened to. I had to reschedule my car repair and now will have to miss work to do this now.
