Called on Monday 8/22 and was told there were no cars available until Wednesday, 8/24. Went to my confirmed appointment on Wednesday 8/24 and was told that my appointment was on Monday 8/22. From some of the other reviews it seems like they give the wrong time and day purposely. Not a good way to conduct business, Enterprise!
Never again. Went back to Hertz. If service sucks at both places I'll take the one that's 1/2 the price. See ya!!
Great service as always everytime I have rented at enterprise in los lunas. Always professional and friendly. I will definitely rent again.
The manager at this branch was extremely rude to me the two times I spoke with him on the phone. My car was to be taken to the shop and we har our insurance agent make the reservation. I was advised to call Enterprise to make sure the appointment time was correct and that they had a mid sized car as requested. When I asked about the reservation time being in the afternoon since I was coming from out of town he told me no its at 10:30 and to be there early or call if we needed to change to appt to a later time. He also was rude when I asked what type of car it would be. He said it will be a car with 4 doors and 4 wheels. I called at 9:25 to just make sure we were all set this morning and he told me that I had missed my appointment at 9 and then argued with me and my husband that I had confirmed 9. He then hung up on us. We called back and he said well I will give you until 10:30 that's all I can do.mind you we had been talking to him and and it was already close to 10 and he knew we had to drive up there and it was not impossible to make it on time. Now there are no cars available until Tuesday and my car goes to the shop tomorrow and we will have no way to get to work. We spoke with a nice guy named Chad from the Lomas location in Albuquerque that is trying to help us out. My opinion is drive the extra 15 minutes to Albuquerque instead of Los Lunas to avoid rude employees.
I have to express my thanks to Cornell at the Los Lunas Enterprise. He was professional, helpful and friendly and saved me so much time and frustration. This day could have gone a whole other way but because Cornell gave a call this morning we were able to adjust for the insurance company’s website mixup pretty much stress free. Thank you!!
I rent from enterprise often and they provide a great service. Unfortunately last time my vehicle was not ready for three hours the agent did nothing to Compensate us . I even asked . This caused us to be to late to take part in our plans. . We returned the vehicle early told the agent he could care less and even over charged me. Not Happy
My husband and I would like to give a huge thank you to Anthony!! He has exceptional customer service and well represents Enterprise. I rented a car Monday but unfortunately whoever rented the car before me left it stained, dented and left a horrible stench of cigarette smoke. The smell was so bad that I didn’t even drive the car... and especially having little kiddos around, the smoke smell is a huge no-no for us. But I called to explain to Anthony and he was sincerely apologetic and was able to switch our rental vehicle. He didn’t get irritated or upset, just listened and accommodated us. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great rental car experience!!
They don't always have a large selection of cars but for a small town car rental place that's not a surprise. The employee i dealt with was willing to explain everything. He was also very swift to help when I pulled up.
When we arrived, No one was in the office, except a note. " Be back in 20 min." Gas in the Car was half empty. Enterprises policy is, "return auto as given," as per employee. What I've understood is. You get full tank, you return full tank.. So essentially they can give you a car with no gas in it . NOW I have to stop and put gas? After a long conversation with employee, they followed us and filled up the car with gas. I asked if all cars in his lot were half empty he said yes. Except the convertible he just drove up in. Needless to say, we are behind schedule and it is upsetting..
I have rented from Enterprise on a number of occasions this year and I have never had a problem with them or the vehicles I have rented. I have always had clean vehicles and never had a long wait for them to give me a ride. They even treat me more like a friend then a customer. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs to rent a car.
