If I could give zero stars I would this kid was the rudest most obnoxious customer service rep “manager” I have ever come across , he will roll his eyes , argue with you and rob you in front of your face , charged me with out my consent , just printed a ticket with no explication and charged me 136$ on gas for a rental that was covered by my insurance , didn’t explain to me that the gas was not covered and all I could have done was run up and fill the tank but he refused to give me the keys back to do so even tho my rental was hours early , and closed out my ticket , and refused to re open it , and than threatened to call the police on me because I was frustrated at his lack of communication as he was on the phone the entire time he was helping me or should I say not helping me , and said nothing about the charges until it was too late , I’m disgusted , I asked nicely at first if he could please have some compassion and let me just put 20$ to fill the rest of the tank up but instead charged me 9.99 per gallon and said oh well I don’t have to do anything for you , I’m disgusted how I was treated and strongly advise you to NEVER use this company , I had no choice , but you do … he was the same person that had me waiting over 1 hour to pick up my rental because he could care less about paying attention to the line and was more inclined to be on the phone talking about lunch ; and what he was going to order , and than gave me an attitude when I explained I had children waiting in the vehicle outside with my husband waiting until I secured my rental , and also said not my problem , seems they need to find new management , because this way of treating customers is atrocious , his name is Noah sussman , and than had the audacity to say I shouldn’t have been on my phone , a business call , as I was waiting for him to get off the phone and help me and that was the reason he claimed he didn’t bother to tell me or get my authorization about charging me 136$ , I was texting a customer he could have easily said ma’am this is what they will charge you if you don’t have the gas tank full , insurance doesn’t cover that , courtesy and respect go a long way , which he lacks completely , compassion as well , customer service , and I can go on , I said what happened to the customer being right ? He laughed and said yea except when they’re wrong , DISGUSTING , he should lose his job and work fetching cars because he should not be allowed to work speaking to other human beings , I can understand now why this place has so many awful reviews for bad customer service I can only imagine the good reviews being fake friends and employees trying to make their business look better , shame how goodness in people is a lost cause these days
Awesome customer service that was speedy and effortless. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me on 7/29/23 but I appreciate all of the assistance.

Asked for a smoke free car and received a car that smelled like cigarette and pot. Asked to return the car as it was to run errands with my granddaughter and was told they could not swap it out or allow us to return it as it was scheduled on a third party site and those contracts could not be altered. It was ordered and paid in full at the time of booking on their own website ! Called the 800 customer service and was told they would give me a $40.00 credit. I told them that I would prefer to write a review and I would never use a credit as I will never rent a car from Hertz again.
The office is in the lobby of hotel indigo. The car I got was upgraded one level, new model, and spotless. That's the best part about my experience. The agents were not at desk when I picked up nor returned and each time I waited about 20 minutes just to see them. The car was not ready until another 20 minutes later. So be prepared for the wait time for no obvious good reason. They also didn't prepare the booster I reserved but gave me a car seat and told me "that's all we have". Further, the agent didn't provide the rental record so when I tried to extend the hour I couldn't do it easily. The only reason I still gave it 3 star was because the agent was reasonable and agreed to adjust the price for the delay and not providing the reserved booster after I made the request. Overall if you don't mind waiting or need a car seat this could be a feasible option.
Used the pick me up feature which was excellent. They were easier to deal with than going online and better priced. I needed a larger car at the end of my trip and I believe they upgraded that one.
I dealt with Matt and Phil. You will not get the car you requested, you need to call 5 different corporate numbers to tell other people what you want, and these 2 are still going to give away your car. They claimed to give our Suburban away at 5pm, when they close at 6 so say the signs at the hotel.. our reservation was at 4.30pm. DONT book here. These people are a nightmare, and there are SO many options.
Not only do I love renting from Hertz but Stephanie and Brandon were Amazing thier customer serivice is so welcoming and it's great to know that their are people out there that will do their best to help you . thank you guys so much .I will becoming back to them even though it's a 30 minute drive from my house !!!
Just used this location for a drop off. It's in the lobby of the Hotel Indigo. It's a small location so car rental options may be limited if you want to pick up from there. On my visit the people working were helpful and prompt.
Noah is GREAT! ALWAYS A HELP!
