Excellent high quality service from the people in the office and the Hertz Team. They have whatever it takes attitude and I am beyond grateful for this experience and the opportunities to work with such incredibly amazing people and the vehicles they take pride in providing especially during these high demand times.
Every time I go i go for my car warranty and every time Suzanne gives me a compact car when I drive a full size vehicle. She has a horrible attitude and they are very unprofessional. She says smart comments when I’m not even speaking to her. I wouldn’t recommend them to rent from! Hertz has always had horrible customer service when I deal with them. Cars are filthy, I wish I could could give them a negative rating as the 4 times I’ve dealt with them it’s always been a filthy nasty car with nasty customer service!
Karl Heigl and Suzanna Flores are exceptional. They know their job, and excellent at it. They get you in and out in no time. They explain all the options you have, and want you to have a great experience with Hertz. Well done! I know you will keep up the good work. I'll be back, and that's no Arnold line.
Absolutely the worst rental company around. If I had the option to give it 0 stars then I would. They refused to work with my insurance company to work out the billing, but rather charged my card multiple times for the extra days needed even though my insurance contacted them about extending the rental while I continued to get my car fixed. They also literally never answer their phone. I had to try calling them several different times during the day before someone decided to pick up and answer.
My wife has always dealt with Suzzana when she needed a rental car while having warranty work and suzzana had always treated her great! So kind and personable. Made the process of renting a car super easy. Suzzana even went out of her way to pick my wife up at the dealership and bring her back to the office to get the paper work done. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
Drove 30 min to get a car after my accident, set up a reservation and Noone was at the building.
Suzzana helped me out this morning and was professional. My rental was ready and clean. She is definitely an asset to Hertz, as I usually do business with Enterprise.
Lockport, NY location are CROOKS. PERIOD. I have just filed complaints with the BBB and the NYS AG office. I had a rental through my insurance while my car was in the collision shop. Upon the return walk through everything was fine, no comment made. I then get a call several hours later from the manager at that location telling me my card on file was to be charged $400 for a smoking fee. Now, I have NEVER smoked a day in my life and I did not authorize ant such charges. I called my claim rep at the insurance company and they took care of the bogus fees. I then see that this location charged my card in addition to payment received from my insurance for charges that should never have been incurred to begin with. I called the location, as had been the entire experience, the clerk was rude and said the manager started the refund but it wasn't approved through corporate and they'd let me know when it was. NO. Then when I tell her that is unacceptable, and that I want a receipt for proof the refund was processed to my card because I could give less than half a damn what the internal process for refunds that are FRADULENT charges is, she hangs up on me and turns the answering machine on so now I am unable to get ahold of anyone. So help me GOD if it is the last thing I do, I will not rest until that manager and that clerk are FIRED for fraudulently running my card and choosing to hang up on a customer after that customer has been stolen from. I am so disgusted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS. LOCKPORT LOCATION
Saw past bad reviews, almost did not go into the business, but I must say it was a great experience and was treated very well. Rented a car at the airport, small car, cigarette smell, bad breaks, late night rental, only car they had, very dissatisfied. Stayed the night in Lockport, woke the next morning and took it to this location, had me in a full size clean car in 10 minutes. Very nice salesman there. Asked no questions, just gave me what I needed. Thanks Hertz.
I think in this day and time getting people to work is hard enough. Let alone someone that does their job with pride and goes above and beyond. The Hertz location in Lockport is lucky to have Suzzana, as she embodies all of these qualities!
