Great place to learn basketball at a young age.
Love this neighborhood park. It's a great place to take the kids to play or go for a nice walk around the park. Nice big green grass area, to play football, or soccer, or any sport. Plus you can bring a blanket and have a picnic at the park. They also have seating benches as well. It's a clean park, we have never had any problems at this park.
Really good experience. The staff member Charlie is really nice. He helped out with setting up. Only thing is there was no refrigerator, we brought a lot of food for my son's 5th birthday. Other than that, was nice.
I go here quite often, while the playground for this area is pretty small, it has a great open field to play sports in. No available drinking fountain however so bring a few drinks if you plan on going. A few benches to sit down at also.
This is a good place to bring your kids that play sports. While your older kids are inside playing, you can take your younger kids to the playground. In the winter, the inside of the building can get pretty chilly so bring a jacket if you plan on watching your kids.
It's such a quiet park. It's good for walking around as well as letting kids play.
Rick Novack Center is an amazing place to take your kids when they want to go to the park. It's also an amazing place to have a picnic, but there's many more things you can do there. Let's say you want to take a walk, there is a concrete or dirt passage where you can walk.
Has anyone rented the Rick Novack Community Center? They said it's good for 100 people. How true is that and I'm looking for the best suggestion on how to place tables and chairs
They need to turn the lights on from the outside when it gets dark. I Couldn't see that well when I was walking. I tripped when I was walking .thank goodness that I didn't get hurt.. please make sure that the lights are on during the night. On Sunday when the kids are playing basketball. Thank you very much for your matter on this. Please take this matter seriously as you can fall or someone can attack you in this dark area.
