Great selection. This store is huge and they have something for everyone. Manager was easy to work with as well.
I bought a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator in March of 2014. First off the delivery staff complained the entire time about how many deliveries they had and that they were tired. They removed the doors on the refrigerator to get it through the doors and left the trash all over my yard. The next day I realized they didn't connect the water line. We connected the water line and it didn't work. I purchased an extended warranty, so I set up a repair call through the store they came out and found the deliver drivers disconnected the lines when they removed the doors. Everything worked fine until a few months later the ice maker stop working. Trying to get a repair person is almost impossible with the automatic service. It keeps telling me there are no repair services in my area. I called the store back and they send me to the same number over and over again saying there's no repair service in my area. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. This was my first and my last experience with them
If I could give this company negative stars I would. They get you with their good deals and once you pay for them it all goes down hill from there. First off the delivery dept can't answer their phone. It rings and rings with no answer. When you do finally get to someone they pass you around like hot potato never wanting to deal with any problems that occur. They literally LOST my appliances the FIRST time after I orderd then 3 WEEKS AGEAD of delivery. Once I had them delivered they showed up a whole hour and a half early which I was not there for so they left. Then the other installer/delivery guy comes out and was only able to install half of my appliances because he was the one with my microwave and dishwasher, they said they would be coming back to drop off the rest but that I would have to make sure I rescheduled for it since I missed the window with the first delivery guy. After bending over backwards to make sure that someone was going to be at my house for delivery for the SECOND time the delivery guys show up with my stove without any parts to install it AND didn't level my washer or dryer and the foreign guy kept saying he had to leave. The other guy literally brought in my appliances and waited in the truck while the other guy tried to figure out what he was doing. THEN when he was installing my washer and dryer he became frustrated because we told him he couldn't leave until it was lever and done right. So he shook around all my appliances NEVER leveled them and kept banging my NEW washer and dryer until my father in law HAD TO KICK HIM OUT because he was mad and not doing his job. NOW we are waiting for a THIRD delivery of the rest of the parts to come in again which we have to work around our schedules AGAIN! Needless to say you're better off anywhere else but this place. They could care a less how much money you spend, they only care about themselves.
Ahmad Mian was so helpful! We purchased a washer and dryer with 24 months no interest. We got exactly what we wanted and he even saved us a little money. We set up the delivery for Friday the drivers were nice and made sure everything was up and running before they left. Great experience!
I bought a microwave from here on Black Friday night . I am redoing my entire kitchen so it took a few weeks in order for the Carpenter to get to the point where microwave would be installed. When we opened it, there was a huge gash in the back of the microwave that clearly came from a forklift and the manager on duty told me that since it was outside of 30 days they would not return it. She was absolutely no help. After calling customer service they said it could be returned. Not sure if i will spend money with them again. I was buying a new bed in January and liked one they had. I seriously doubt that they get my business.
Sales staff was wonderful, but poor follow through! I ordered 3600 worth of merchandise and was told it would be delivered Friday between 11-2...at 4:30 they still haven't shown up, with no call, when I call the delivery line, it rings for several minutes and then hangs up. I've called several time and it just rings for several minutes. I did tak to a person at one point that told me they would find out what was going on and call me back asap but that was over two hours ago now. Very disappointed! I don't know many people that can sit around all day waiting for a delivery. I wouldn't be so upset if they just communicated with me what was going on and a delivery update! I guess HHgreg doesn't care about repeat customers :-
My boyfriend went in to purchase a laptop it took 20 minutes to get a person to help us, 10 minutes to choose a laptop. He wanted to pay cash, but none of the cashiers could figure out how to take a cash payment so after 20 minutes, we left. We then called the store to talk to a manager about making a complaint; he was told they were all on vacation. The Operations Manager, who we talked to refused to take his complaint because she was one of the people who were trying to figure out how to take a cash payment.
I have been going here since they opened their doors have spent thousands on appliances,tv's but this place has gone down hill nothing in stock went in to buy a washer sunday they have no inventory so was told i can pick up tuesday after 3. Showed up at 5:15 did not leave the store till 6:30. Also seems like when you walk in the store the employes are like hungry vultures and wont let u look need to have a shirt made please leave me alone if i need help i will find someone!! Very annoying. Lets just say this was my last purchace here. R.I.P. Hhgregg back to spending $$ at best buy
This place was ok, they had some very nice t.v.'s. A lil' pricey, but they say that they will meet or beat any competitors prices. Not a large selection of computers, they tell U to visit their online website for there full selection....
Bought a Proscan 9" Tablet at the store for my Daughter. Charged it up overnight and went to use it. Used it about three minutes, holding it with one hand and pressing screen with other. Then the screen started to crack where my thumb was holding it. Within a few seconds half the screen was cracked. ook back to store to exchange. Manager hed and said no. He said they dont take returns and this item is damaged. Yeah, thats why i exchanging it becasue it should not crack after a few minutes. He laughed at me and said that it's not thier problem. Try contacting manufacturer. I told him that kinda shady way of doing business and i wont be shopping there any more. He just said ok i dont care.... They dont stand behind the products they sell, the dont honor thier return/echange policy. They are all nice when you are buying, bu tthey turn very smug and shady when you have a problem.
