This was honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever been through. I ordered a set of kitchen appliances for a Labor Day sale and still do not have them all nearly a month later. There have been multiple delivery issues, trucks breaking down, back-ordered models, etc. It is truly unbelievable. To make matters worse their sales manager Patrick has no clue what he is doing. He has lied to me numerous times about the status of my order and still cannot give me a definite time when it will be at my house. I will never purchase anything from this company again and will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate office.
Have spent around $8000 at this store busing all new appliances for my home. First off bought a Sony surround sound system which continues to short out hdmi cables tried returning only to hear that it was past 30 days and I couldn't. Now I have a glass top electric stove which I bought the stores warranty with at time of purchase and was told by the sales guy it covered everything including accidental damage as I was concerned that it might get damaged after reading some stories on the glass breaking when stuff was dropped on them. Well this happened and now they tell me they don't cover it and I'm out $1000 for the stove and the money of the unless warranty this. This is the first review I have ever written about anything and it needs to be understood don't trust them and don't give them your money.
I went to this store on 3/31/17 to buy a new washer and dryer. The store was completely trashed. The floor was coming up in several places, the appliances were dirty, and everything just looked unorganized. They only had a handful of washer and dryer floor models to look at, and very few of them were matching sets. My wife and I were there for about a half hour and none of the 3 sales associates that were standing at the counter bothered to acknowledge that we were even there. They looked like they were too busy playing on their phones. We ended up leaving and going to Home Depot and buying a set from them. This store looked like they were going out of business, and if they don't make some changes, I would say they aren't far from that happening.
This is my go to for appliances..Bought a smooth top range 6 years ago no issues with it. This past month I had to replace an LG washer front loading washer I got from Home depot just 3 years ago. Costed more to fix it then to replace. One thing I dislike is online shopping, I like to see what I buy I also hate waiting weeks or even one week for an appliance that when breaks down is needed asap not tomorrow or next week. They always have items in stock , I love this.. Also because I pay cash instead of credit, the pricing has some wiggle room. On my stove we also negotiated its pricing..I like a good bargain and this store has always made sure I had what i needed when i left even loading the product for me and that I was happy..
Sales associate was helpful and responsive in store. We spent $1481.17 on a stove and dishwasher. Stove arrived earlier than promised, which isn't really a negative thing. However, it had a dent in the drawer that I didn't notice until delivery was complete. I called the night of delivery and discovered that I could only get $50 or a new delivery, which would require another day off waiting for oven and the hassle of delivery. Just disappointed overall.
We had a great experience here buying a Samsung washer and a five-year warranty. First, the salesman matched a competitor's price, upgraded us to the top-line model, and waived the delivery fee. Delivery - including disposal of the old machine - took place the next day. The two-man delivery crew was courteous, careful and efficient. Two days later, the LEDs on the new machine's control panel suddenly quit working. I thought we were in for a major hassle. But I called the store and talked to the salesman, who promised to replace the whole machine at no charge. By the next afternoon, a delivery crew had made the switch, and our warranty had been transferred to the replacement machine. Samsung was good to us, too. Before calling H.H. Gregg, I called Samsung customer service and found them very helpful.
I am very disappointed. I bought and paid for my washer and dryer. When they were paid for, I received a "kiss off" letter stating that my account had been cancelled due to bad credit, but yet, I had just paid them off. Will not do business with them again. Now, my dryer quit, and I tried to get service, and they were very rude, and kept sending me to the same call center over and over again. I NEVER got someone from the actual store. Do not do business with these people!
Ok i had a problem when after all was said and done my delivery address was being sent to the sales guy.. but he promised it would be fixed. I called in for the delivery my adventure still was not over. it was still delivering to him and his phone number was contact.. I got that fix and my delivery was suppose to be today .. needless to say the saga continues. THEY fixed the address but not the phone number so therefore the sales guy got the phone calls for my delivery time frames .. it was there at 820 this am to deliver with me at work .. they were suppose to let me know 40 mins before delivery so i could leave work and be there .. AGAIN HERE WE GO.. called in and they said i am sorry but we can not redeliver this today THIS IS NOT AN OPTION .. you all screw up and make the customer suffer DONT THINK SO!!! Delivery today or I will cancel the order and it better be returned off my card.
Ordered a freezer and paid 79.99 for shipping on the 26th. Online said will be delivered by 27th. Call after 24 hours and guess what? Order wasnt set up. First given the run around. Customer service is very rude and lackluster. Will be shopping with either Best Buy or Electronics Express from here on out. Now I know why the store was empty and both competitors where so busy they could barely keep up. Also manager didnt get his name, a black gentleman was very rude and needs a lesson on customer service. This stores days are clearly numbered.
Sold me a power reclining love seat without the power supplies. Went back and was told they didn't have any. Two weeks later got one of two power supplies. It's now 5 months later and still no second one. They act like they just don't care. Never shopping there again.
