Repeat satisfied customer. We've had to replace over the last few years our washer & dryer and refrigerator/freezer side by side. The gent who took care of us was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, asked us some questions we didn't think to ask ourselves - which in turn kept us from buying the wrong model for our home. The prices are typically better than elsewhere. With one delivery, they managed to put a minor crease in the side of the refrigerator while installing it - and quickly and cheerfully brought out another unit to replace it. I'm not saying that we'll always only buy from them, but will certainly be the first place but it is certainly the first place we'll look.

I went in here today for the 1st time ever. I was looking for the Samsung gear fit 2. I found it and for $30 less than Best buy. I'm a happy camper ; Associates were very friendly but not too knowledgeable. I'm glad I researched ahead of time so I knew exactly what I wanted. I will be back. They also price match so that is good to know as well ;

Usually my wife and I have good experiences in the store but yesterday, my wife had a rude salesman named Ken who did not want to help her look at 3 separate types of appliances because she was not going to be purchasing those that particular day. Fortunately, she did receive help from another employee named Steve who was quite nice and knowledgeable or she would have walked out of the store, never to return. My wife did phone the store to describe how she was treated by Ken and the store manager was very apologetic. Hopefully Ken will get a clue on how to treat customers!

I recently was in the store to look at microwave ovens. The sales associate Hunter was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We decided on a paarticular unit. Once discovering it was on sale elsewhere I contacted the store. Tim the manager made sure the price was adjusted and I was a satisfied customer. What more can you ask of a store. Great job and excellent customer service.

Went in to purchase a tablet about 2 months ago with an extendid warrenty. They sales associate that helped me was great. My fiance and i only purchase our electronics from HHGregg. When my tablet stopped working not only did I get a replacement but they took their time and made sure I was still happy with my purchase. I would recommend this store to everyone. You can't beat the prices or the customer service.

Purchase dishwasher Friday. Started install on Saturday and the hinge of the door was bent so I had to return. At first it they said they would have to order the same one and I would need to wait until Monday. Then someone made that extra effort and found the same dishwasher in the back. Super stoked at the extra touch! And the fact that I don't have to continue hand washing. Thank you!!!

Very disappointing first and possibly last experience with hhgreg, back in mid-June my wife and I stumbled across a deal on a 58” RCA Led flat screen for under $400 with 15% off, A discontinued model from last year. As you would imagine we jumped on this deal! Being helped by a sales associate named Aaron who told us that they had 2 in stock, we paid for the flat screen and set a pick up date for July 17th since we were in the midst of moving. Aaron told us the flat screen would be on reserve until then and that we actually could pick it up anytime between that as well. Fast forward to July we are moved in and ready for our tv. We show up a couple days before the 17th to pick up our Tv, we are then told its not available yet since it is still in transit, Me and the wife were annoyed Aaron told us “anytime” but what’s a day? July 17th hits and I receive a call pretty much telling me I paid for a Tv that was no longer in production and they don’t have any more in stock. Being upset we race to hhgreg with paper work and all demanding my Tv that was supposedly put on hold for us. Mike the manager and another associate was very apologetic and willing to work with us, but nothing that was offered compared to the deal we could have had with the 58” RCA flat screen, we ended up leaving empty handed with a full refund. Manger needs to step it up and employees need to be trained better! We were lied too about having a flat screen put on reserve for us probably sold it to the next guy who wanted it, also was lied too about the flat screen being in transit.

Went in with a competitors add for an LG tv and was told that they only price match stores in the area so when I ask to speak to the manager he show me their policy and it said clearly that they match any major competitor which it was. He then told me that they can't sell an idem for less than their cost. So much for price match. I will not be back...

In and out for a new 48" Samsung TV in under 30 minutes. The associate was able to price check as part of the transaction and saved me $2.00. First time at an Hh gregg and have no regrets about making my purchase there.

Ordered a couch beginning of July with a delivery date of July 16. They call me July 15th to say it's on back order. Less than 24 hrs of us moving and now being without a couch. I asked why they didn't know this back when I ordered it and the associate didn't have an answer. So I decide to wait another week since they promised my couch would be delivered July 23. My estimated delivery time was 230-530. It's now 616 and still no couch I called the store and the associate said he'd call me back but hasnt. I checked the delivery tracker and it's saying around 7 for my delivery. I feel I should have been delivery #1 considering I should have gotton my couch last week. I honestly won't do business with them again. Half my Saturday has been me waiting for this delivery.
