The hostel features six, ten, and twelve bed dormitory accommodations and two private rooms. Sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. All rooms share communal bathrooms. The hostel has a fully equipped guest kitchen with double stoves and refrigerators, dining area, common area with a working wood burning stove, coin operated laundry, a free guest use computer with Internet, and free WiFi throughout. Board games, Donation Dinners, Complimentary Pizza and movie night every Tuesday. Free pancakes with fruit and all the fixings are available each morning, as well as free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. We sell basic food items from our front desk in case you are arriving by foot or bike and can’t bring groceries with you. The campgrounds surrounding the building offer use of picnic tables,3 grills, 3 fire pits, and space for 200 people and for playing games such as Frisbee, horse shoes, cornhole, bocce ball, and volleyball.
HI Harpers Ferry is a membership based organization. You will be charged a $3 membership fee per day if not a card carrying member of Hostelling International. Local taxes (12%) are added upon check in. You must have a valid state issued ID or International passport to stay at the hostel.
