Hibachi Express

I've been eating at this Hibachi Express for years and I've always loved there food. Customer service in the past has lacked, however, since the pandemic I feel as though it has improved. They are not doing dine in only pick up. I called my order in over the phone and when I got there it was ready to be picked up. They do have a rule of only one card per person so if you're a business and one person picks up multiple orders for different people be aware they will only accept one card. I got the chicken entrée and my co-worker got the chicken and mushroom bowl. My food was warm and delicious. I would recommend.

Quality of food is horrible. Did not feel fresh. Also quantity is VERY VERY frugal for the prices being on the heftier side. I will never go back to purchase here. BEWARE!Food: 1/5

Called in order did arrived at 7:52 doors were locked and lights were off and I was told that that they cleaned my food. Their door as well as online said they closed at 8 pm. Female that works there stated that she does not take phone calls after 7. Horrible service and bad customer service. Will never receive my business!Service: 1/5

They have the best filet mignon with zucchini and onions I’ve ever had . Oh and the white sauce is second to none!!! Absolutely delicious however a bit pricey! For 2 platters with double filet it’s every bit of $40 but it’s delicious!! Also they are not open on Saturday or Sunday also during the week they close from 2 until 4 so sometimes it’s not as convenient as it once was. Just the same really scrumptious!

This place is terrible! I got 2 chicken and shrimp hibachi plates and she charged us extra for vegetables we didn’t even ask for will never come there again.

Ordered a full entree instead of a bowl and got less food but paid more money...how should this be?! And was informed that I had to pay an additional $1.50 if I used my card?! Needless to say, I won't be going back...not too pleased with the service!

They don't half answer their phone. Prices have jumped up tremendously, but you get l as food than when their prices were cheaper. The customer service is very lacking...and now they're charging to use cards. I will just have to go to New Bern, Goldsboro, or Greenville from now on.

First time eating here, the food wasn't good at all! Waste of money.

Myself and my coworkers have been ordering lunch here regularly, but when we called today they said ONLY ONE of us can pay with card, even though they are SEPARATE ORDERS. The lady was particularly rude to a group that brings them decent business several days a week. No more. We'll go around the corner and take our business to San Juan's. They have better food, better service, and nicer people at San Juans and I'd recommend them over the ladies at hibachi express ANY DAY.
