The customer service at this place is top-notch. They not only provide great assistance but also create a fair opportunity for everyone to win raffles. The workers take the time to help you and engage in friendly conversations. The store consistently offers excellent items to choose from. What I particularly like is that you can find shoes and an outfit to match, reminiscent of the good old days when Nike would release a shoe along with a matching t-shirt. The customer service here is always A+, the worker's take the time to help you and the talk to you. The store always has great items to pick from. I like that you can get you're shoes as well as an outfit to go with them like the old days when Nike would put out a shoe and the t-shirt to go with it. Ruben was really helpful and was great with me and my family. I have never had better customer service in my entire life. He was knowledge able and put outfits together for me with out hesitation. Almost like he knew what went with what. Promote that guy
Ordered a Nike hat online and the day it was supposed to be delivered I recieved an email saying they're sorry and I got my refund. Its pretty annoying when the item is up on the website and it says your order has been shipped and then gets canceled how could it be shipped if you couldn't find the fulfillment center with the item. Just a waste of time. Update or make sure you can get your customers the items they're looking for. Make sure you got the supply right? Don't say you got the goods when you don't have the goods. Will not be back.
Small store, however had many options. Found what I was looking for. At the time they were having a great sale. Got some name brand slides for $7! Staff was helpful and friendly.
