Love this store! Stopped in there to get some Nike Blazers and the staff was very kind and helpful.
Employees were extremely helpful and didn't feel pressured. They made sure we was greeted and thanked us after our purchase.
Store was clean and organized. Cashier was very professional.
Tried to return a pair of Nikes that were bought a month ago that had ripped. I don’t work out in these shoes. I don’t run or jump in these shoes. I work in a therapy clinic and lightly walk around in these shoes. I was told Hibbets couldn’t do anything about it. That since Covid, Nike has had to play catch up and aren’t making quality shoes. They also told me Nike would give me “the run around”. I’m not understanding how it’s my job to contact Nike. I bought these shoes from Hibbets. They buy them from Nike. Should the company the customer deals with not have to take responsibility?
Your sales person was amazing, unfortunately they did not have the size in the color I wanted so I missed out on the shoe I wanted to get.
None of the workers wanted to help me. There were at least four workers too busy talking behind the counter. I was planning on purchasing a pair of shoes but after the encounter I had with the lack of customer service I decided I could order online or visit another store.
The employees were awesome!.. very helpful.. a tad sad I noticed.. because I'm sure they spend most the day telling people they are sorry.. let me clarify.. Unfortunately they are short on stock, at least on what I wanted.. slow in traffic, me and my son were the only ones,.. felt like a trip to see that old uncle on his deathbed.. you know the one with a foot in the grave.. I don't say this to be mean, it's actually very sad, and it's something I noticed years ago.. I loved that store for local higher tier shoes and hats. Prices where sky high but you didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get them online, you can try them on and it's just better in my book..that's all changed..for instance... I found two pair I sorta liked, neither pair had a size anywhere near what I needed.. I did spend all I could mainly out of grief..... it's a sinking ship people.. God speed the captain..I.. I could've got what I got for a quarter of the price on Amazon.. again.. I'm not trying to be negative, just realistic for this truly is...the online age, with cheaper prices, more selection, next day free shipping.. insurance.. warranty's and just better products... Local stores can not complete.. they can't get near the inventory, buy in bulk, or cut their costs like the online giants..it's basic mathematics and common sense..I hate it.. I love going into a store, touching the fabric, seeing the colors first hand, trying it on, matching with other garments for outfits. It's over people. The mall makes me so depressed.. I grew up in the mall days.. spend all day there.. now it looks like it's a homeless shelter boarded up for a storm.. hope I didn't offend anyone, like I said the store and employees are awesome.. I sometimes with the internet was never invented..I say that and I use it every minute of my day..
I went there today to find my husband birthday gift, a really sweet girl with brown hair helped me. I called to brag on her, I believe they said her name was Shelby. Thank you so much for your help girl! The store is always clean with good people. Love shopping here!
I have you know that my family and I just walked into Hibbets and we're racially profiled. I had a head wrap covering my natural hair. We were not greeted upon arrival. Infact I spoke to them to see if we could get any help. Instead I was asked why were we here. I spoke up and said shoes... thinking duh . We are here to purchase some shoes for our children. Sad I have to explain to our children why we had to leave without purchasing anything. The Employees acted as if they didn't want to help us. So I am only to assume black people's money is no good there. Therefore we decided to leave and take our hard earn money elsewhere. Hibbets your employees did not represent you well. Smh...kindness goes a long way. We are now shopping at the Shoe Department on 54! Kids are happy! We show people how to treat us!!!
Didn't have in store even though online it said they had 6 in stock guy wouldn't even go and see if it was maybe in the stick room.
