We had a in-store pickup order tomorrow 11/23 would’ve been the last day to pickup. My husband went to go pickup his order today and they already sold it to someone else. I have never had this happen to me in my 28 years of living and I am a frequent online shopper. Run don’t walk away from this store location.
It was a great experience. The employees were superbly informed and very helpful in making a decision for what I needed. It was a lovely experience!!
Ordered shoes store to pick up, also shoes were not held and when I called because the store door was locked before closing hours and was told they were in meeting and closed for night

Awful customer services, in and out of the store. Good luck getting in touch with customer service. I drove one half and thirty minute back to Charleston to get some results. Well, I purchased some shoes, but they told me they had to ship them to me because my size was out of stock. Guess what, a week pass I never got the shoe, so Hibbett Sport told me to take my receipt to the Beaufort for store for a return becauce my order was deleted, well that was a forty-five minute drive, needless to say without any result, which leaves me the next day to take hour and thirty minute drive to Charleston. Then I had to stand up in the store while the manage call the assist manage on the phone, which she never got on the phone to get my money back. Let alone I call 15 times the day before and got 15 different reasons why I could not talk to the manager or assist manager. Well, I am going to let my readers finish this story@@@@@@
Called in to set my appointment to pick up my shoes from a raffle and a female told me that they dont do those when clearly on the app it says you guys do. Rude and disrespectful just for some jordans.
Desmond was super helpful. He helped me find exactly what I needed and was informative / answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend grabbing new kicks from here.
First time ordering from here and it’s was very terrible never again after I get my shoes which ion kno when that’s gonna be since they not even tracking them but anyways this will be my first and last time ordering from here !!
Great store and customer service A-1 but prices a bit high at times. But when they have a sale; they have sale.
