Employees were very helpful. I didn't have to wait for someone to help. The gentleman was ready to assist me the moment I walked through the door. He checked me out and explained everything even about returns if necessary. I was pleased with all the employees very positive, up beat personalities.
The price online was not the price in the store. Nowhere on the website did it say that. When I asked about that through the chat process on the website, the customer service agent I was chatting with basically said that the prices in the store are different than the prices listed on their website. When I was typing my response and question, they ended the chat.
we have been to hibbett sports twice lately and had a very good experience both times. the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I'm not sure of clerks name Chrystal I believe. She is very friendly helpful and tries her best to make sure you are satified. Great employee

Have really nice things. 85% of things are too expensive for my budget. Have alot of choice's, colors in women's and kids shoes but not much choose from if you are grown man and do not want white or black shoes. Service is . Very nice staff they have

Good customer service and the selection of shoes and athletic apparel is pretty good. I do not like that they no longer carry sports jerseys.
